We are in a time of Evolution. For so long, so many have lived out of harmony with our Earth, Nature and all that is the community of Life. Simple truth is that disharmony of any sort creates distress and disease in your body, and we are seeing results of this now. There’s been a lot happening around you, and within you too. With structure breaking down, the only thing you can do is to manage your response. A time to look for solutions and ways to take control of things you can.

All right,
It's always lovely to be together again.
These are special times.
It's sacred too,
Watching events unfold.
And certainly it's a time more than any other time to be your love.
There's been a lot happening around you.
I'm sure there's been a lot happening within you as well.
There's been a lot of questions,
I know,
And some anticipation perhaps.
Perhaps also some fear,
A lot of fear,
And that's okay.
Old structure is breaking down and the only thing that you can do about it is to manage your own.
So let's pause a little bit and reflect on this,
That old structure breaking down.
And the only thing that you can do about this is manage your own.
What we want to do today together is to empty you,
Take you a little bit back,
More into your own empty space.
Want to be touching again that void wherein everything is possible to make what really matters matter.
Important too,
Here now,
To reconnect to our earth.
She's been struggling.
Can see this through world events.
And so here today you'll be realigning different aspects of your body to her material space,
Bringing harmonization back to sacred living.
All that is natural law.
And to remember of course ultimately that there is no So we'll breathe together.

It's time to just breathe.
Deep breath,
Put long deep breaths together and prepare for practice.
So close your eyes and then focus inwards.
Essentially your self space that is your spirit.
Now you are always your space,
Matter at hand,
Whether cluttered or not and what is cluttering.
Always here,
Now you're here in service.
Three step approach.
Yourself today then through you to your loved ones and then through you all to the nature of it.
Breathe to clear your inner space from all your external environmental noise.
You want to touch again your inner peace.
You want to reconnect with that strength that is always present.
And the breath brings you back into your body and present again.
Slowly become aware of everything around you as having a particular tinge of energy around it.
You flank this and this is the energy of your love.
Feel this and you breathe in.
As you breathe in and out at the same time I'd like to invite you to start moving the golden coloured light around your material body.
Holding the space as you come back into holding space from one knee.
Start weaving a golden coloured light around your material body and you're breathing into this too to make it more substantial.
Feeling yourself holding the space of sacred unity at the highest frequency to protect you and the collective on multiple levels.
Now eventually there is nothing to be protected from.
There's just a surcharged awareness of the experience.
Really a transition for all of you.
The question that arises here is how do you wish to remember this period and how do you wish to remember it?
All energy and what you determine during this time becomes the basis of your next steps.
And the question how do you wish to remember this period?
How do you wish to remember this foundation for your next steps?
Today we're working with sacred energy.
Wonderful.
The life of nature,
The nature of life and we're working also with the five elements which are the beautiful foundations of all of material life.
So you breathe up and down your spine.
Just be aware of how you feel right here,
Right now and you become aware of the rhythm of your breath.
And now slowly become aware in your material body and you just bring that awareness and breathe it into your inner heart.
I can feel a huge surge of energy so part of you that is letting go of whatever.
You don't need to know right now.
Just in space,
Just breath and you're bringing that breath connected to your heartbeat.
Coming slowly,
More and more aligned to the energy of the inner heart.
So just allow the awareness to follow the breath and in and out to see where the energy is going.
We don't need words,
We just need awareness.
Just feel.
Be aware.
There's no wrong and there's no right,
There just is what it is,
Transition.
And it's also okay if you don't feel anything.
All right,
So now we're going on a little journey into nature.
You start to see yourself in the forest or a jungle,
Whichever part of nature your guidance is taking.
So we're working primarily with earth energy,
So wood or forest,
Jungle and see the sea,
That is fine.
And you hold this vision in your inner eye,
You just don't know it.
Feel the energy,
Vision.
Breathe all of it into you and you are in it too.
And you smell it,
You know it.
Feel how you feel right here,
Right now,
Just settle into the space.
Primarily know that all is.
Simple in breath,
Gentle,
Simple out breath that is tender.
Synthesizing to great oneness being knowing.
Become aware now of your body,
Being like a tree.
Become aware of the cavern of your chest as being the equivalent space in the tree.
You're aware that the heart of trees in your chest and your heart too is in the cavern of the tree and there is all clear space.
Smell the wood of tree and you smell too the earth where the tree that is you is rooted.
And you smell all the smells of nature that is around you.
I'm slowly and it's great.
Your awareness now is that your body is the trunk of the tree and your feet are the roots inside the earth.
You have the awareness that your hair are the leaves,
There is the leaves.
Your arms are the branches,
They're your branches.
And from the space of where you are now,
You scan the nature around you.
You scan around you,
The beauty of nature.
You take vision out to the horizon.
Look to see,
Curious and you listen to hear.
There is a wonderful shamanic journey here of being one with nature and time.
He is always there to connect.
Awareness is always inside you.
And I want you to just feel this connection with all your senses,
Both inner and outer.
Feel how you feel within the body,
The tree that is also your body.
You're aware now of the wind.
Slowly bring the awareness of the wind.
Just feel what sort of an energy this air is.
Is it soft and gentle breeze or is it a deliberate gust?
How does it smell?
How does it feel?
How does it smell?
How does it smell?
Want to use all the inner sense.
And you know,
You realize that the element of air is connected to the energy of the mind.
Free mind is like the brew that is your practice here.
Your mind going to where you direct.
Really important space.
That your mind is like the brew.
Mind going to where you direct.
You feel this.
And we come now to the element of earth.
You are already this,
Your material body,
One with the tree.
Body already is the tree.
And you feel all parts of it.
You smell it.
You hear it.
And you realize by being in body that you and this energy have always been one.
Into this integrated sensing,
Feel in the wind that is your free mind.
You feel the freedom of the mind and you feel the solidity of the earth,
Body.
You weave around earth from which your material body,
That is your tree trunk.
And the mind that is the air,
The wind,
The leaves that is also your hair.
A gentle touch.
Just expanding your space.
Watching watching either around you,
You're feeling what's in you.
Looking out at the horizon.
You observe that.
Now we want to bring in the energy of water.
The element of water is that of your emotion.
And you feel water energy in the form of a mist of humidity.
This around your inner nature,
Tree trunk and along your inner grass that is growing around it.
And the community of nature,
Life interwoven.
Watch all of this.
You smell it.
You hear it.
You acknowledge the flow of your emotion as water.
However you're feeling,
Nature continues.
Water flows.
It's not going to push to come out.
However you're feeling,
Recognize that nature is soft or harsh.
That just two parts of one experience that of life.
And how you experience it often,
Where you place the mind.
Now remember how been up and down recently.
Know many of you have been.
That's okay.
And at the same time,
Held your emotional energy,
Particularly within four others.
To recognize that.
That feels really good.
Breathe a bit the realization and just going to anchor that a little bit further.
By remembering.
By breathing,
By allowing the inner eye to wander and to wonder.
As you breathe,
It's very magical.
Life is magical.
As you just know,
The special kind of space that is arising.
The magic of nature.
You see her through different eyes.
And when you see and know and live that you are a part of her always,
You can never not be a part of nature.
The nature of life.
The nature of all that is.
Just slow the space.
Your breath now becomes blue.
The color of healing that is now arisen for you to weave,
To play with.
And you see it,
You're using it,
You're working with it,
Just automatically by breathing it,
Directing it.
Into your body of environment,
Both internal and external.
And you find that your inner vision of nature is now tinged.
The pause a little bit,
Whilst you look,
See,
Listen to hear,
Smell.
Really anchor this awareness.
Do this for a few heartbeats.
And now slowly,
You want to return your energy to that of you,
That is your tree trunk.
This is of your tree trunk,
As you know,
It's made of wood.
Smell it again.
The light of the five elements,
Wood represents validity.
The foundation of growth.
If you're well,
You are poised for major growth,
Then this current energy fails,
Settle.
You don't need to know how it is,
How it's going to be here and now,
Because just feel yourself tinges of this energy of growth,
You're growing anyway.
Because you realize now you're in a space,
Kind of a pause,
Have that pause.
The development of life,
Evolution,
Your spiritual self.
That's a profoundly sacred space.
You're still both the observer of the experience and you are the experience itself.
This is the energy of creation.
You realize this.
See where breath is tinged to the blue with four out of the five elementals,
Elements realized.
And you're aware too of your love.
So as the observer of the experience and the being of the experience itself is together with the energy of love,
The energy of creation,
Your love is always present.
It's the highest frequency in the universe.
And whenever we are out of love,
We're always given aspects of ourselves to look at,
To return ourselves.
So the question right now is,
What are you creating here and now?
Just the question.
And the last element that you're connecting with is that fire,
The energy transformation.
So just gently bring in the energy of fire into your sacred space,
Sacred nature space.
Place all of you and everything you have,
Everything,
Thoughts,
Emotions,
Whatever,
Into this sacred space and you watch it burn.
It's a form of purification.
All the old things,
Everything is off once you've used it,
Once you've experienced it,
It's finished.
All the old things that are unnecessary to this journey is placed in this fire to dissolve away,
To go back,
To turn into the nothingness of the void.
Just be aware,
Be attentive,
Breathe it in.
You breathe out,
You just breathe in and out.
You're watching and you're feeling.
And it's really gentle.
You're not in a rush here.
It works in rhythm,
Not time.
You watch it and you feel it and again,
Have to all be done once,
Have shreds of this and that will come up,
Place it in this thing.
You breathe it in and you breathe it out.
Watch it,
Breathe it,
Gentle,
In and out.
You are tender,
Compassionate and kind.
You can watch,
Energy progresses and the fire of transformation is symbolised by the sun,
Which is the giver of life and the progenitor of all that.
You feel it in your inner space and you see too in the eye the brilliance of this light,
This new light.
You allow yourself to merge with this,
That is your inner light,
That is also the light of the inner sun.
You move yourself with the flexibility of your mind in and out,
In and out,
In and out and back again.
It's an eternal figure of eight,
Not really doing in and out.
You need to do it to get the context,
The contrast,
Actually the light,
Actually the inner sun,
To know yourself.
You have to bring yourself out in order to see and feel it become one.
Then you pause again,
Just to reflect.
Feel the energy that is interweaving around you,
Just allowing all the elements to settle in your body,
That is the tree synthesising this vision in nature and you're feeling now this integrated energy present.
This is what we are going to use to send your family,
Your loved ones,
As you realise this is what you are waiting for,
So just focus,
Intensify by watching it,
Feeling it.
You breathe in a bit harder to make it more voluble,
You open a little bit of space by thinking and you expand it at will,
Desire here is coupled with intent.
So you be aware now of what's coming up for you,
How are you feeling,
What are you sending out,
The space you ask for a message for yourself,
To listen to hear,
To see,
Spirit too often speaks in symbols.
Just pause a bit to listen to hear,
To know,
To understand and these insights that are settling into this space,
These to make stronger your wisdom mind,
The realisation of the wisdom mind here and now.
So you are the tree,
You're experiencing the tree and again at the same time you are also the observer of you being the tree,
The forest,
Jungle,
However you view your inner nature space.
I'd like to hear how you are feeling in this space presence.
And you breathe in and out,
You feel settled,
You feel well,
Intent and fulfilled,
The energy of self and realisation,
Self realisation,
Ultimate all of life.
How does that feel?
So we're going to start our journey back,
I'm going to bring you back to a point but not really back in the body,
I'd like you to stay there and from the body of your inner nature space just breathe a little bit stronger,
Feel again your material body,
They being the tree,
Come back into your current material body,
A bit stronger and your attention slowly starts to view outward rather than inward.
Keep your eyes closed,
That'd be great,
Keep your eyes closed to stay a little bit longer in this space.
Feel how you feel,
Keep allowing,
Watching the mind scanning,
Wonder to wonder and your awareness follows the mind,
Where is your expansion?
Just feel this to know it,
You're asked to know.
So what I'll do now is I will step back to synthesise,
To evaluate,
Think present a little bit more fully.
I suggest that you spend a couple of minutes every day to remember how you feel here and now and to keep strong the energy of the elements within you just by remembering to stay harmonised within your daily routine.
