All right,
We're going to work a little bit on the five elements just to bring this into a different kind of a balance within you.
We start by you sitting comfortably.
Just allow the body to shift into its natural states,
Natural posture.
Don't have to do anything special,
Just be aware.
And as you close your eyes,
Bring yourself inward.
Once again,
Focus on your breath.
Focus on the heartbeat until you are within the rhythm of your heartbeat breath.
Just breathe.
You're aware of the spine and its purpose in terms of your external structure.
You breathe up and down.
The spine,
We have three channels in the spine,
Energy channels.
Bring the energy up.
Just simple,
Nothing special,
Just easy.
Bring it up.
Just up the spine and out from the top of the head.
And you watch this.
You watch yourself as you do it.
You're aware.
And you feel how it feels when you do this.
And life is good.
Just be aware of any movement in the body,
Any energy flow.
Nothing to do,
You're just watching.
Let the energy go where it needs to quite naturally.
And very slowly,
You start to be aware of your feet on the ground,
Connected to earth energies,
Mother earth,
Nurture,
Sakor,
And for us also life on this planet.
And as you're aware of the earth nature,
You're aware of yourself being a part of this and connected in this instant through your feet on the earth,
Symbolically on the earth.
You pull the energy up from the core.
Bring it up slowly.
And certainly for this work,
As well as in life,
There is no right way.
There is just the way that is right for you.
It's your way,
The way that's been shown to you by your inner wisdom,
Inner guidance,
And your sense,
And your connection with yourself.
So you bring the energy up,
And then you feel it in order to connect with all of this.
Just bring it up.
And you feel how it feels as the body returns to a deeper connection with the earth energy.
And to know this,
You just feel it.
You feel within you the vibration of the earth.
And the earth within you sings to you.
Each aspect of a nature is a vibration that all of us hear,
Deep within us from that part of us that is connected,
But which we have forgotten to pay attention to as we are taught to focus on the external world.
And you breathe.
Just in and out,
Slowly,
Gentle.
In and out.
And all that is.
Breathe.
There you go.
And you open your crown,
And you call in the element of air.
You bring this as the earth element rises within you,
Through you.
The air element comes through the crown,
The crown chakra,
And it comes down into you.
And you feel both.
And you have context and contrast within the physical body and the awareness of such.
And you breathe in and you breathe out,
And you continue to observe the silent witness.
Just slow,
Just allow it to rise as life always arises,
As an unfoldment.
And your need to know diminishes as your ability to be within the moment arises within you,
And you watch,
And you are aware.
And you breathe in and you breathe out.
And now we call upon the element of fire to come to us,
To rise within us,
And we see it as a flame within the heart.
And we are aware also of the contextual energy of the earth and the wind,
The air within us.
Just slow,
The fire arises and engages,
And we watch it.
And with the air,
We breathe into it slowly,
And we watch it grow.
And we know that it is doing in its way a cleansing in terms of how we feel and who we used to be.
And we know too that all is well,
And that life is good.
Just watch the color of the flame,
It can be any color,
Just watch it.
And you watch it interact with the air,
And you watch it being earthed within you,
For it is a part of you,
And all that is.
And all is well.
And as you are in this moment,
In terms of natural rhythm,
You feel a rise within you the energy of water,
And the vastness of this space.
And you give yourself over to this,
And you are floating within such a space.
And you feel this in every core of your being,
A resonance within the physical body,
Which is in any case made up of 65% water.
And so you breathe the water into you,
And you breathe out into the water,
And you feel the energy align.
And you are aware at the same time of the context,
Contrast of the fire,
The air,
This gentle breeze within you,
And of the earth of which you are essentially a part in terms of human nature.
And you rest within this.
And you breathe.
All right,
Keep breathing.
Just hold your space,
Just focus the mind,
Just bring the mind from looking inward very slowly to turn the mind to looking outward so you're aware once again of what is around you and you're still within.
It's very good.
Now as your awareness realigns to looking outwards,
You see yourself looking at a woods or a forest.
You smell the trees,
You smell the earth,
You smell the breath of the wind,
And you watch.
You watch what is happening.
In terms of the growth,
This overlay of wood energy which is about growth,
You just watch as the elements of nature interact within that which you are being shown by the center of your own spirit.
And you feel well.
Just hold that space for a while.
