Closing your eyes,
Feet flat on the earth,
Taking a deep inhale through your nose,
Exhaling out your mouth.
Another deep inhale and an exhale out your mouth.
One more deep inhale,
Exhale out your mouth.
Imagine a bright golden sun above your head,
Brilliantly shining down its life particles onto the top crown of your head,
Trickling down like liquid lava and little stars,
Filling your brain with its light,
Touching upon your pineal gland,
Your pituitary gland,
And down it goes through your throat chakra,
Down into your shoulders.
And into your heart.
As this golden light awakens your heart,
Go ahead and place both of your hands on your heart.
With each in and out breath,
Feel your chest rise and fall,
Being present.
To right now,
In this sacred time,
To connect with your soul.
Now as you place your awareness into your heart,
We're going to take a little journey.
Imagine a door is open in front of you,
Inside of your heart.
And take a look at the texture,
Size of this door.
And go ahead and walk through the door as you enter under this doorway.
You see a set of stairs.
And you walk down these stairs,
Down and down,
Into the landing,
Where you see another door.
As you enter that door,
You slowly open it,
Again noting how this door looks.
Feels as you walk through.
You feel and sense the energy of another in the room with you.
And it is a child.
And this child turns around and just take note,
Right now.
Of what the child was doing when you walked in.
And right away you notice that this child is you,
When you were young.
Ask yourself,
How old are you,
As this child?
Observe what they're doing,
How they're playing or still.
Or turned.
And as you acknowledge each other's presence,
Facing one another.
What does this little child do as they run up to you?
Perhaps you embrace,
Perhaps they place their hands on you,
Lovingly.
And as you kneel down and engage in whatever way this child is now engaging or not.
You just enjoy and feel their love,
So deeply in your heart.
And feeling their love pour like that liquid gold sunshine through the rest of your body.
Down from your heart,
Spreading through your arms,
Your hands,
And your fingertips.
Pouring down to your core,
Lower abdomen,
Second chakra down to your first root spine.
Down through your legs,
Thighs,
And knees,
Calves,
And toes.
This golden energy from this child,
As you continue in one another's presence.
And as you're face to face,
You lean in and ask out loud or in your head,
What is my message today?
And you listen to your heart.
You might place your hands back on your chest over your heart if they've fallen or lay them.
Whatever feels right.
And you listen.
You listen to the silence and the message of this little child,
This younger version of you.
You may feel compelled as well to share yourself what any message comes through to them.
And as you absorb whatever their message may be,
You hold it in your heart.
You allow that message to permeate through all your cells of your body,
Awakening,
Remembering who you are.
And it's now time to go,
And you thank the little child for their message and for their presence,
And you let them know you'll be back.
And feeling gratitude in every cell of your body,
You rise up,
You say goodbye,
And you turn to walk towards the door that you came from.
And as you pass through that door,
You go back up,
Up,
Up through the stairwell,
Up those stairs to the other door at the top.
And as you walk through that door,
You expand your energy back out from your heart,
And your heart,
Feeling your feet,
The soles touching Mother Earth,
Feeling your energy rooted through your first chakra down,
And all of that bright,
Bright sunshine above your head pouring liquid light through every cell of your body as you expand this energy in your heart to the rest of your body like a big bubble of energy,
Expanding it with each breath.
With each exhale,
That bright energy ball grows bigger,
Bigger,
And bigger.
And as you feel the message of the little child in your heart that they gave you,
You spread that message out to each cell of your body and expand that message,
Sending it out into a greater ball of energy that expands to fill your house,
And expands to fill your neighborhood,
Your city.
And as you experience your limitless energy,
That message permeates and resounds as a ripple effect out to all who feel your energy.
And with your last few breaths,
You continue expanding that great energy out,
And expanding to your state,
Your city,
Your country.
And you continue all the way out into the galaxies,
And the stars,
And the whole entire universe and other universes,
The whole of all of it.
You become nothing and everything,
Pure energy.
Enjoy the spaces between each breath,
The silence and the solitude with which your body,
Your brain,
Your spirit rests each moment of each breath.
And now,
Wiggling your toes and your fingertips as you slowly,
Gently flutter your eyes open.
The slight,
Gentle smile,
Bring yourself back here to that present moment as you remember again the intention and the message of your little child that's now permeated through your heart,
Your cells,
And the entire galaxies and beyond.
