Welcome.
This is the third part of the three-part series Find Your Beauty,
Find Your Power,
Find Your Wisdom.
You can either sit or lie down in this meditation and I will gently strike my singing bowl at the completion.
It's helpful to have at least five minutes undisturbed afterwards for some contemplation time.
Let's begin.
Take a deep breath and sigh it out.
Give it a little smile.
That's great.
Let's take another deep breath all the way to the top.
Fill your head with oxygen and sigh it out.
One more breath.
Breathe it in.
And sigh it out.
Okay,
Let's do some big chewing.
Like you've got a huge piece of chewing gum in there.
Just to loosen up the jaw.
If you're in a cold room,
Do this on a smaller scale.
Now roll your shoulders back in a circle.
And now roll your shoulders forward in a circle.
Big breath.
That's better.
And relax.
Now lift the top of your head to make your neck nice and long.
And very gently tip the top of your head from one side to the other.
Stretching out your neck.
And another little smile.
And a deep breath.
Ahhh.
Now you're getting more relaxed.
Use your hands now.
Rub them together.
And put your palms over your eyes.
And feel that wonderful warmth.
Now use your second and third fingertips on each hand to rub outwards along your eyebrows a few times.
Beautiful.
And rub a few circles in that little dent in front of your ears.
Now lift your chin and stroke down both sides of your neck.
Ahhh.
Beautiful.
Beautiful.
Beautiful.
Stroke your hands around the outside of your chest.
And swirl your hands into the centre of your ribs and down the centre towards your legs like a great big heart shape.
Beautiful.
Crunch your stomach with your chin forward.
And then arch your back with your chin up.
Stretch.
Mmm.
Relax now.
Give your beautiful body a little wiggle just to make sure all the tension is released and you're aligned nicely.
You can yawn if you need to.
Now let's rub your hands together again.
Faster.
And cross your hands on your heart.
For here lies your power.
And feel gratitude that rise in this moment.
You have a body that makes you a creator on this planet.
Those without a body can only observe.
You have thoughts you can turn towards the best outcome.
You have emotions you can use to power up those thoughts.
And the higher the frequency,
The better the outcome.
Today we're going to look at wisdom.
Now you can either relax your hands down beside you or leave them on your heart,
Whatever is most comfortable.
Breathe slowly and deeply.
And turn your focus to the centre of your torso,
Below the heart but above the belly button.
And take your concentration deep into your core to a single point of focus.
See this as the projector of your 3D body.
A precious point of light.
The gateway between the 3D world and the great creator.
This will be your access point today.
We'll come back to it later.
But while you're very still,
Think deeply about these words.
As a child,
You were free to explore,
To experiment within the safe physical bounds set by your guardians.
Sometimes those boundaries were useful.
And sometimes you learnt your own boundaries.
Your imagination and creativity were high and free from limitation.
On observing something new,
You could come to your own conclusions.
You would draw upon your own reasoning and instincts.
Just like the physical safety bounds though,
Sometimes you get it right and sometimes you find you have more to learn.
If you really delve deeply into your memory,
You will find there are times when your intuition in those early days gave you wisdom that no one else could provide.
You may notice a moment when you had special powers.
Perhaps you could talk to and understand animals without words.
Perhaps you could ask an insect to do something and it would obey.
Maybe you saw fairies.
Maybe you were great at spotting someone when they were lying.
Perhaps you had two options and you just knew which was the right option to take.
And as you grew a little more,
You entered school.
Now I'm going to speak generally here.
My examples may not be precisely about you,
But may be seen as a more broad perspective.
In school,
The way of thinking was quite different from your days of freedom.
In school,
You were rewarded for obeying instructions,
Even if they didn't make sense.
You were complimented if you sat still and paid attention instead of bursting into song or dance.
You were rewarded for remembering details of a subject or understanding a theory.
The ones in the class who were considered bright were the ones who could remember the most of these details or who obeyed more strictly.
And so you learnt to conform.
Intelligence was considered a great virtue.
Which ones in the class had the highest IQ?
Who could solve the problems given based on the theories taught?
These were the students who got the prizes and were told they had a great future ahead of them.
Those who could not manage these problems so well or could not remember as many facts were considered less than perfect,
Less valuable.
And those who challenged the teachers and wanted to know why and how these details and theories were put together were often seen as troublemakers.
Once you left school,
This conditioning and these kind of judgments about value may have stayed with you.
And now you are the age you are today.
Are you being good?
Are you obeying instructions?
Are you behaving like everyone else?
Are you dressing in the fashion of everyone else?
Do you dress to be part of a group?
Do you make your clothes a part of your personal brand or style so people know you are predictable?
Do you repeat to others the details or facts you were given by someone else?
Do you withhold questioning those details?
Have you forgotten the freedom of breaking into song and dance or lost touch with talking to the animals or trees?
Do you consider intelligence a great virtue?
There are many forms of intelligence you see.
Of course,
You can use your brain.
Brains are certainly amazing in the way they work.
They can even be rewired to work differently if there is anything preventing them from working the way they were yesterday.
But a brain in your head is more like a machine.
It computes details that you put into it.
Knowledge,
Experience,
Facts given by other people.
And just like a computer,
If you put in nine details that are correct and one detail that's incorrect,
Then you could end up with an inaccurate answer.
In a world full of disinformation and misinformation,
You may look at a topic and find there are a plethora of different opinions and facts,
All given by people with impressive resumes and letters placed after their name to prove that they stayed in school longer than others.
They've believed ever since they were children that they are the bright and valuable ones,
So they seem very assured of themselves.
The opposing views can be confusing.
They also make sense and therefore leave you with no answer at all.
So how do you know who to believe?
Do you choose the one with more letters after their name?
Do you choose the one whose opinion other people say is trustworthy or more valuable?
Do you simply follow the class and repeat whatever is chanted the loudest?
This can leave you with a very unsatisfied feeling sometimes that something is just not right.
So what are some other options?
You can use your common sense.
You can do your own experiments and research,
Not just on a topic but on the experts and their background.
Or you can find your wisdom.
Wisdom is found in your intuition.
And where does intuition come from?
It is your connection to the divine,
Your connection to all knowledge,
The great known,
An ever-increasing bubble.
And as more is known,
The bubble grows and never pops.
When you open up your intuition,
You'll receive your answers back in a way that's very different from when you set your brain machine in motion.
And you can tell the difference between the two.
When your brain sets about solving a problem,
It goes chug chug chug through the processing and then bing comes out the result.
But when you find your wisdom through intuition,
It may be given to you as a sudden thought popped into your head without any effort or through any of your sixth senses.
Let's take a look at these sixth senses.
Clairvoyance shows you an image in your mind.
It may be a literal image of the answer or it may be symbolic.
And these symbols cannot be put into a symbol dictionary for everyone to use because the symbols will be created specifically for you and how you see the world.
Perhaps to match your religion,
Your community,
Your race,
Your beliefs or your previous experiences.
And sometimes clairvoyance can come through an image that you see in your external world.
A little example here.
I once asked the universe what should I be doing today?
And I was shown a big honey bee walking down a path along with lots of other people.
And the bee was quite big,
Maybe knee height.
But in the vision no one really took any notice of it.
The bee was just a part of the crowd.
And I had a bit of a strut going on which I thought was funny,
A bit like John Travolta strutting down the road in the disco movie.
I thought what is this bee doing?
It's just walking,
Just being.
Oh,
I get it.
The answer is to just be.
You see,
It's a funny example where a play on words was exactly what it needed to say to me.
Clairaudience is another sense of intuition.
When you receive words,
You hear things.
They may pop into your head with no effort.
Again,
Different from when your brain works out the words.
And again,
They may also come from the outside world.
So I'll give you an example of the outside world.
I was going through a really rough time financially.
I'd gone to the farmers markets to where there were many stalls of small businesses selling food products.
And on this day I decided that my treat for the week would be to buy a coffee.
And as I stood in line waiting for it to be made,
I felt quite numb watching people pass with whole bags of food and having a great time.
And the coffee stall had music playing quite loud,
Lots of conversations of the bustling crowd filling my ears.
And then suddenly it was like someone pressed the mute button and all was silent.
And the only thing I heard was a couple walking past.
And the man said to the woman in a quiet,
Intimate way,
Don't worry.
Everything's going to be all right.
And then all the noise started again.
It was stunning.
But I got the message.
Clairsentience is when you can feel or sense a change in the energies that give you a clue.
It's like when you walk down a deserted alleyway and providing you've had no previous bad experience at alleyways,
In this particular case,
Your body tells you in its own way that the space is unsafe without any exterior evidence.
So you know to turn around and take another route.
It also tells you when you've walked into a room containing two people and you already know if they've had an argument or if they've been kissing.
It's the energy they create around them that you're reading.
Clairsentience.
Another two clairs for which I don't know the name.
They are the sense of smell and sense of taste.
I find this kicks in for me when someone is lying or trying to cheat.
And when it's a smell,
I can't actually smell anything specific.
It's like my nose is behaving as though I've just opened a rubbish bin full of rotten food and the body recoils.
The nose recoiling is a strange feeling,
But one that can be very helpful in bringing you the truth through your body.
I remember running late and arriving to share a meal with a rather wealthy friend and her son.
And when it came time to split the bill at the end of the meal,
She offered to divide it equally,
Though it seemed incredibly expensive.
And I smelt the lack of trust.
My nose told me that not only most of the food was eaten before I arrived,
But it also told me that she knew she was hiding this from me.
It wasn't a mistake.
A bad taste can literally speak to you in similar situations.
Claircognizance is another where you have a sense of knowing,
No matter how convincing the person is in front of you,
And no matter what evidence they put forward to support their opinion,
You just know inside that something here is not right.
It might be slightly bent,
Or a truth wrapped in a lie,
A wrong conclusion perhaps,
Or a downright deception.
Whichever way you receive your Sixth Sense messages,
You can always ask the universe to give you confirmation via something unusual,
If you really need the extra.
Maybe to be shown a specific number pattern,
A couple of words together,
A colour combination,
Or whatever you ask for.
Don't make it too obscure,
Or it might take a while to materialise,
Which isn't helpful if you want the answer straight away.
And not so vague that you're guaranteed to see it no matter what.
It has to be something in between.
You can also ask for confirmation within your body.
For example,
Standing tall and relaxed,
And a yes from the universe might tip your head forward,
And a no tips it slightly backward.
Or a no might feel like the tightening in your stomach,
And a yes is a more relaxed,
Warm,
Fuzzy feeling.
Get to know your body,
And how it can speak to you.
Whole conversations can come through from wisdom,
When you make space for it.
So this is something you can try right now.
Now you can tune into your pineal gland,
Which is up in the centre of your head,
If you wish,
Though I find putting my focus in the centre of my brain's not the quietest place for me.
So I prefer to tune to the centre of the heart,
Or the centre of my torso,
As I mentioned at the beginning of this meditation.
Whichever you find is the deepest part of yourself.
Turn your attention there now.
Take a deep breath,
And sigh it out.
If you're in front of a tablet,
Or a phone,
Or a computer,
Turn yourself away from it,
Or move away from it as far as you can.
If you can turn to the window of natural light,
That's also quite good,
Or turn towards the darkest part of the room.
Now picture the tiny projector in your body.
This is like a keyhole,
The portal through which you have access to all known knowledge.
You can smile in gratitude,
For this will always be available to you,
When you are relaxed,
Quiet,
And contented.
Thank you,
Little portal,
For offering me so much.
Is there something you'd like to ask,
For which you have no great emotional attachment to the answer?
Have a think about it.
When you desperately want one answer over another,
This can sully the quality of the message,
Or shut it off completely,
So you've got to let go of the attachment to the answer.
Perhaps you could ask something about someone else,
That might be easier to be detached from.
And the other thing to avoid is trying hard.
For example,
You can look at the flame of a candle,
With an empty mind,
Simply observing it wavering in the breeze,
Or you can desperately stare at it,
Which causes tension in your body.
You might get impatient or frustrated,
And the answer,
Of course it's not going to come through,
If you try to force it.
So you're aiming for the opposite here.
Ask the question,
Detach,
And then empty your mind,
And wait for the answer with patience and curiosity.
Have you got your question now?
Okay,
We'll try this just for a few moments.
Smile,
Relax,
And ask your question now.
Breathe.
Breathe.
Sometimes you'll find the answer will come later in the day,
Maybe in a couple of days,
But you'll know when it's the answer you are seeking.
Sometimes you can get the answer before you've formed the words of the full question,
It comes so quickly.
And that is because the universe is always connected to you.
It picks up on the energy that will form the words in your head,
And answers the energy,
Not the words.
Let's close the meditation with some affirmations,
For words are powerful.
Bring yourself to a receiving state as often as you can.
This allows your wisdom to speak to you.
So deep breath,
A little smile is always helpful.
Take these ideas in,
And really feel the words.
That's the important thing with affirmations,
You can repeat the words till you're blue in the face,
But if you're repeating them like you were in lessons in school,
They're just brain based.
Instead,
Take the words and form them into energy that can manifest.
Really feel what it would be like if these words were true and already happening.
Feel these words in your head and in your stomach.
I am relaxed.
I am detached.
I am curious.
I turn inward.
I am connected to the source of all knowledge.
I open my portal to allow knowledge to flow to me.
I am wise.
I am open minded.
I am free from judgment of the answers I receive.
I see the truth.
I understand how this truth came into being.
I trust the answers always come to me.
I always receive words,
Thoughts,
And actions that are for the greater good.
I have courage to act or speak this truth with care,
Compassion,
And love.
I stand strong in my power.
I stand with the truth,
For truth needs no defense.
I am truth.
I am wisdom.
I am wisdom.
Your feelings inside are now likely to be strong,
Grounded,
Clear,
Calm,
Alert,
And confident.
Hold this feeling for the next few minutes after the recording is complete.
Then remember what it feels like and return to it during your day.
As you practice this position of wisdom,
You'll be able to return here even in the midst of a busy,
Chaotic day.
It will bring you wise decisions,
Clarity of truth,
And inspire the wisest choices from which to follow through.
Right now,
The world needs more wise people like you.
Clear your mind.
Demonstrate to others how to live wisely,
How to value intuition.
Thank you for your contribution.
