Time to take a break from the busyness that crowds your head and drags on your emotions.

When you find peace of mind,

You make space for new ideas and solutions to come in.

You have clarity and wisdom on your side,

And you have a powerful effect on the rest of the world around you.

Take a deep breath,

Starting from the base of your spine and lifting your focus up to your heart.

Give a little smile for the love that is within,

And breathe out,

HAAAAAAA.

Let your focus glide back down to the base of the spine again.

Another deep breath,

Lifting the focus up to the third eye.

Give a little smile for this eye is always ready to show you what you need to see.

And breathe out,

Dropping back down to the base again.

One more breath,

Take it all the way to the top of your head,

And let it open like a horn of a trumpet to the heavens.

Give a little smile for the love and energy of the universe is always here,

Ready to pour back in your funnel when you open in this way.

Breathe out.

That's better.

Roll your shoulders to loosen them up.

Do a very little gentle roll of the head to release the neck.

Give a little yawn for the jaw,

Hold your mouth open in a comfortable position until the yawn comes naturally.

Stretch your feet,

Curl your toes.

Stretch your hands and fingers.

Hands are both free,

Run your fingers from the bridge of the nose over your eyebrows,

Round to the temples,

And up into the hairline.

Mmm,

Give a little smile.

Loving yourself even for just a few minutes can feel really good.

Let's find our peace of mind through the present moment.

First,

Stay still and become aware of your surroundings in a peaceful,

Observant way.

Take a look without moving your head,

Use your peripheral vision.

Without making any kind of judgment,

Accept what you see as a picture painted.

Observe the colors,

Contrasts,

Shapes,

Textures,

Objects around you.

Now stay straightforward,

And you can still see those objects,

But instead,

Look at the space between the objects.

Shadows,

Shapes,

And light.

Turn your focus to smell.

Without judgment,

How many different smells can you pick up around you?

Just observe.

Can you smell things in your environment?

Can you smell anything from your own body,

Your clothes,

Or your breath?

Become aware of your sense of taste,

Which is linked to the sense of smell.

Without judgment,

What can you taste?

Become aware of what you feel.

What can you feel?

Can you feel the air or any drafts?

Can you feel where the temperature is different from one part of your body to the next?

Feel with your body parts.

Feel what you are sitting or lying on in all its detail.

Without moving,

Feel your own clothes,

Where they are tight or loose,

Different textures and weights.

Become aware of what you can hear now.

There are many different levels of listening.

We usually just listen for conversations or clues to what we need to know.

But what about all the other things you can hear?

Maybe nature,

Equipment,

People,

Birds.

Observe without trying to understand,

Without judgment.

Create,

Several feet above your head,

A large,

Wide,

Fluffy cloud.

As you find each sound,

Acknowledge it and then lift it above your head into the cloud so it's out of the way.

Some sounds will go of their own accord,

Just let them pass by.

Can you hear your own breathing?

Even if you can't hear it,

You can feel your torso moving with each breath.

Can you hear your own heartbeat?

Again,

When you are beautifully still,

You can feel your heart in your back and your chest.

Take another deep breath.

This is the present moment.

Take note of how it feels to be present.

So very peaceful.

Now move your attention down to the center of your torso,

To your solar plexus,

Your very core.

It's deep,

Deep inside.

Go in further till you find it.

This is not a 3D place,

It's deeper than that.

The tiniest,

Single speck of light that is the projector of this whole body.

It exists here.

Find the point.

Give love to that little projector.

Thank you,

Projector,

For this amazing body that allows you to create the world around you in conjunction with other creators.

Thank you.

Find your very point,

Your own source.

You may stream out the same body and life you've been creating so far,

Or you can change it a little.

Just tweak it a bit.

A little bit at a time,

So you can see how it can be changed.

Life is so very precious.

If you forgot all else around you and started afresh,

What would be the first feeling you would create?

How do you want life to feel?

No need to make comparison to anything you've felt before.

What if it was a feeling you were experiencing for the first time?

Happiness,

Peace,

Safety,

Contentment,

Happiness,

Confidence,

Assurance,

Love for self.

There is so much love it spills over and there is more than enough for you to share with every person,

Every plant and animal,

Every object,

Every part of your surroundings,

Every other part of your life,

Unlimited love.

Peace.

What does peace truly feel like?

Calm tranquility.

Coziness.

Quiet.

Imagine what it feels like.

Imagine that feeling all through your day,

So even the fast-paced action runs smoothly,

Like water down a stream.

No resistance.

When you are consistent and persistent in rippling out this feeling of love and peace,

You'll find your world changing.

Even when someone in front of you is not peaceful,

You can have a powerful effect on them.

You can help to bring them some peace and love within their own heart.

For in truth,

There is no separation between us.

We are all just different perspectives of the same collective consciousness.

Each viewing life from a different pair of eyes.

Each sharing the experience with the collective.

So you can do much to bring peace in the world,

Not by pushing,

But simply by being.

If you push or try hard,

You are convincing yourself this takes effort to achieve.

Your belief then becomes true for you.

It becomes a hard job or a chore.

But when you can just be in an effortless and graceful way,

Like a glowing angel,

You have an effect on people that don't even know you are there,

That might be on the other side of the world.

The butterfly effect guarantees your love and peace ripples out like an infinite wave,

Giving calm and assurance to all of humanity.

Smile now,

Knowing you make a difference in your own life and in the lives of others.

This peaceful state of being allows you to make wise decisions,

Allows you to hear your intuition,

Opens your psychic abilities in new ways,

Opens your heart to what is really important in this moment.

Sometimes it is to move fast and take action in a bold,

Confident way.

Other times it is to be quiet and observe.

The more peaceful you become,

The less you feel the need to fight to be heard or seen,

The need to have an opinion.

The more peaceful you become,

The less you need to compete or strain.

You can pass through life in a lighter,

Softer way to success and contentment.

Be at peace throughout your day.

Understand you are always safe,

You are always loved.

Thank you.
