Listen to the sound of the rain as it falls on leaves,

Imagine that you are surrounded by nature's vibrant colors.
Lush greens,
Calming blues and earthy browns.
The rain enhances these colors making them come alive with vibrancy.
With each inhale imagine that you are breathing in the scent of rain and damp earth filling your lungs with freshness and tranquility.
As you exhale release any lingering tension or negative energy.
Visualize yourself walking slowly through the rain,
Feeling each raindrop as it lands on your skin.
Embrace the sensation as a gentle caress,
Comforting and nurturing.

Gently bring your awareness back to your breath.
Take a few deep breaths,
Inhaling the calm and exhaling any remaining tension.
Breathing through the nose and exhaling from the mouth.

Wiggle your fingers and toes and when you feel comfortable open your eyes.
