We're taking a deep breath in and as you breathe out just relaxing,
Letting go of the day,
Let go of the week,
Let go of the month,
Sitting up straight with your eyes closed in a comfortable position preparing yourself for connecting with your inner child today,
Take a deep breath in and as you breathe out releasing all resistance to connecting with your emotional body,
Your physical body,
Just let go,
You are safe,
You are safe,
You are safe,
Bringing your awareness closer and closer to your own physical body,
Allowing your energy to drop down out of the head into your body,
Preparing yourself to meet and greet your inner child today who has been waiting for you,
Feeling yourself heavier and heavier in your own body,
Inhabiting your body happily,
Easily,
Effortlessly,
Feeling the support of the chair underneath you and resting into that support and imagining yourself now at the top of an escalator,
The escalator is moving downwards,
Standing on the escalator and allowing yourself to gently be carried down on this escalator and as you move down the escalator feel yourself relaxing more and more and more,
The escalator is taking you to somewhere warm and safe and familiar,
Feeling yourself descending slowly,
Safely and easily and as you are carried down this escalator you notice at the bottom of the escalator is a beautiful garden,
Stepping off the escalator as you reach the garden now gently and easily and slowly,
Taking a moment to look around the garden and being aware that your inner child is here in this garden and has been waiting for you,
Taking a time,
A moment here to look around the garden,
Noticing the beautiful flowers,
The sun is shining it's warm and it feels really familiar,
Being aware of the trees and noticing now a path in front of you,
Stepping onto the path and walking through the garden with its beautiful flowers,
Trees and noticing there are many animals here too,
As you walk down the path you feel yourself being drawn towards a particular area in the garden where you can sense your inner child is waiting for you,
Allowing yourself now to step off the path and walk towards your inner child,
Being aware of your inner child in this garden now,
You see them up ahead,
Send them lots of love and walk towards your inner child now,
Slowly and gently,
As you approach your inner child send them all your love and let them know that you're here to talk to them today,
They've done nothing wrong and you're simply here to talk to them,
To connect with them,
To spend a few moments with them today,
Send them lots of love and just noticing,
Noticing how they present to you today,
What is your inner child wearing,
How does your inner child seem,
Happy and relaxed,
Nervous or scared,
Just noticing without judgment,
Just being aware of how your inner child is feeling,
How your inner child is dressed,
Taking note and offering more love and allowing yourself to just get down to the level of your inner child now,
You may need to sit on the grass or bend down,
Just get to the level of your inner child so that you're not standing over them and looking into your inner child's eyes,
Letting your inner child know that you love them very much and that you're really sorry if you at any time have forgotten about them or left them in the garden here alone,
But you're here now and now asking your inner child,
How are you feeling,
How do you feel today and simply listen,
Listen to your inner child,
Let your inner child reply and just listen,
Thanking your inner child for replying and sending your inner child lots of love and letting them know that you accept them,
That you acknowledge them exactly how they're feeling,
Exactly how they are today,
Thanking your inner child for speaking with you today and now asking your inner child if there's anything they need from you here and now,
All this week,
Anything that they need from you to feel safe,
Heard,
Acknowledged,
Loved,
To have fun perhaps,
To feel connected,
To feel appreciated,
Just take a moment and ask your inner child if there's anything that they need from you and again be open to whatever they ask or however they respond,
Just listening,
Really dialing in,
Your inner child may speak to you,
May draw you a picture or give you a feeling or sense,
Really listening now,
Good,
Thanking your inner child for speaking with you and now spending a moment to be a loving father and mother to your own inner child and offering them whatever they need,
They may need more connection with you,
They may need to have some childlike fun with you,
They may be tired and need rest or sleep,
They may need your attention,
They may need to feel safe,
Protected by you or simply acknowledged,
So offering them,
Your inner child here right now,
What it is they need and apologizing if you need to to your inner child today,
For forgetting about them perhaps or abandoning them anytime that you have abandoned them and put other people first,
Just apologizing to your inner child and letting them know that you're going to try your best in the future to put them first,
Send your beloved inner child lots of love and opening your arms and inviting them for a hug,
If they're open to that don't force them and sending lots and lots of love,
Thanking them for being here today and letting your inner child know that you will return again tomorrow and that you're going to do your best from now on to check in with them every day and build this secure relationship with more fun and creativity,
Rest and play,
Attention,
Stimulation,
Whatever it is your inner child needs and in return you get to create and play and have fun,
Spontaneous,
Magnetic fun with your inner child as you establish this relationship,
Now inviting your inner child to return with you in the garden of your own heart chakra,
Your child may choose to join you or stay in the garden and whichever it is,
Is perfect,
If your child does wish to return with you then opening your heart chakra,
Your heart to your inner child and allowing them to gently step in and feeling the petals of your heart chakra gently wrapping around your inner child,
Securing your inner child safely in your own heart chakra,
If your child wishes to remain in the garden and making sure your child has all of their toys,
Fun,
Crayons,
Pencils whatever it is your inner child needs,
A bed,
Soft blankets and a safe place to rest their little head,
Letting them know that you will return,
Finally sending them all your love and gratitude,
Slowly standing up,
Walking back towards the path,
Walking back along the path,
Feeling the warm glow of the Sun and having gratitude for the opportunity to meet with your inner child today and make this secure safe connection,
Returning back to the foot of the escalator,
Stepping onto the escalator and rising up now,
Rising up,
Up,
Up,
Up,
Up and stepping off the top of the escalator,
Back into your own body,
Bringing your awareness back into your physical body,
Into the room that you're sitting in,
Feeling safe and secure and a little bit more whole,
More connected,
Taking a few deeper breaths into the belly,
Wiggling the fingers and toes and bringing your awareness all the way back,
All the way back,
All the way back and opening your eyes with a big smile.
