Welcome my dear.

Today is gonna be very simple but very sacred.

We're not going to analyze,

We're not going to think.

We will just soften slowly and gently through the breath.

And you don't need to push,

You don't need to do any kind of difficult hard breath work to prove or to be perfect.

You are allowed to relax,

You're allowed to receive.

And this begins right here with your next exhale.

So we're gonna move into the breath practice today to feel fully aligned,

Present and soft.

And for this let your body be supported.

You can sit or lie down on a chair,

Cross-legged,

Whatever feels right for you.

And we're gonna use a very simple breath.

You're gonna inhale for 4 through the nose and exhale for 8 through the mouth.

And if this is not accessible to you for whatever reason,

Feel free to find your own rhythm.

The only important thing is that your exhale is double as long as your inhale and you inhale through the nose and exhale through the mouth.

And feel free to just count along by yourself in your mind differently than what I'm saying.

Or just follow the rhythm of my voice.

So get ready,

Take one more deep inhale and exhale.

And then inhale through the nose,

Keep going.

No matter if you followed along or if you found your own rhythm,

Try to continue for a little longer,

Slow,

Steady and safe.

You're softening.

Your body is letting go.

And this is safe.

You're not falling apart.

You're coming home.

With each exhale,

Imagine the tension melting from your jaw,

Your chest,

Your belly,

Your thighs.

There's absolutely nothing to hold together right now.

So let yourself be undone just for a moment.

And just keep breathing.

And just keep breathing in the same rhythm.

And soften,

Surrender,

Trust and receive.

Keep breathing.

And let each exhale be a release of what no longer serves you.

Softly and gently,

Not with force.

Just letting it go.

Letting things flow through you,

Through your breath.

Keep the softness in your rhythm.

Allow yourself to be offbeat sometimes.

Allow yourself to come back to it.

Be soft,

Be kind.

Flow with your breath.

Each inhale and exhale at a time.

Let the softness and gentleness of your breath hold you.

The rhythm.

Gentle,

Steady breathing.

Just stay present with your breath.

With your own unique breath.

Your own unique rhythm.

And see the beauty in this.

And then gently bring one hand to your heart and one hand to your belly.

And return to your natural breathing.

Whatever that may be,

Just let go of the pattern.

And breathe into the space between your hands.

And whisper softly to yourself,

In your mind or out loud.

I am safe to soften.

My softness is sacred.

And I receive myself in love.

Gently release your hands.

Become aware of how you feel.

Become aware of your softness.

And for today's ritual I invite you to buy yourself flowers.

Let it be a gesture of devotion to your own softness,

To your feminine and to your heart.

Choose the flowers that call you.

That make you light up.

And then let them live in your space.

And let them remind you all the time.

You are beauty.

You are softness.

You are worthy of being adored.

Thank you for practicing with me today.

I really appreciate you.
