Coming into this moment and just allowing yourself to close your eyes for just a few moments and just notice,
Notice your internal environment,
Your body being breathed.
Scan around for any areas of tension or tightness or expansion,
Openness,
Any thoughts or feelings,
Just becoming aware of what is here in this moment.
Not changing,
Not judging,
Not fixing,
Just present to what is as it is.
As these tones by gnarled beats help to train the brain for more ability to reside and abide in the present moment.
And now gently open your eyes and just take a soft and easy focus as you expand your peripheral vision and just allow what is seen to come into awareness.
And now sense your body in the space and then feel the space beyond your body and see the scene that is before you and around you as much as you can see with your peripheral vision,
As much as you can let in.
Feel your body and feel the space around your body.
See the scene in front of you and around you,
Beside you,
And feel the space.
You in the space with space.
Can you feel the edges of your body?
And can you feel the space around those edges?
And now feel the space around those edges and allow it all to become very soft,
Easy,
Fuzzy.
There's a kind of melting,
Emerging with space.
All that you're looking at in the space as space.
Thoughts pull you,
Take you out of this awareness.
Notice that.
Just come back to the edges and then the space around the edges and then the dissolving of the edges.
Wherever you are in a room,
In a building,
Outside,
All the same soft and easy edges dissolving,
Relaxing and releasing into the present moment.
This perceiving,
This sensing,
This being without thought,
Without judgment,
Without story,
Just form and space dissolving,
Coming in and out.
Maybe you can even sense the vibratory nature of it all.
Vibration that you may feel in your body,
In the room,
Outside.
Close your eyes again and notice how you can still see there are still shapes,
Colors,
Images appearing.
Now maybe dissolving colors,
Maybe sensations arising.
Nothing to do but notice.
How is it that all of this happens without you doing a thing?
How is it that all of this is generated,
Perceived,
Felt while you just witness and experience what there is to be experienced?
How is it that this happens?
Gently open your eyes again.
Has anything changed?
What is arising now inside this body,
Mind,
Outside of this room,
This piece of nature?
Noticing,
Present,
Experiencing without doing.
Even if thoughts come,
Who is thinking the thoughts?
Who created the thoughts?
Expanding the peripheral vision again,
Softening the focus,
Softening the edges,
Noticing all the space.
So much space inside,
Outside.
Relax into the space.
Trauma,
Childhood wounds,
So much conditioning having us brace,
Tighten,
Feel afraid.
In this moment there is safety.
Nothing to do,
Nothing to fix,
Change,
Manipulate,
Control.
Just dissolve into space.
Witness the world around you,
In you,
Through you,
As you.
And close your eyes again.
Come back to noticing a body,
A form,
Perceived with breath.
And take a deep breath in,
Let it out with a sound.
And again,
Deep breath in,
Let it out with a sound.
And this time as you open your eyes,
Ready,
Willing,
Open,
Peace to us all.
