Take this time to sink into Presence and Awareness as you sit with all that is arising and falling away moment to moment. Resting with all of it and the realization that you are not doing anything to make any of it happen. What a relief to just be with what is, just as it is! Thank you so much for taking this time to meditate with me,

To bring this moment to presence to sit with and end the truth of what we are and what this life is.

So finding a way that you feel comfortable seated or lying down if that's easier and just take a moment to tune in to the sound of the music and the sound of my voice and with your eyes still open just take in the space that you find yourself in right now maybe just looking around from left to right or up and down and now go ahead and gently close your eyes again just being very aware of the sound of the music and the sound of my voice and now tune in to your breath as the breath is just happening all by itself just happening tune in for a moment to thoughts that are happening and just notice thoughts are like the breath just happening and notice if there is any sensation in your body anywhere any sensation that comes into awareness and just like your breath and just like your thoughts notice how sensation is also just happening and you are present to all of this just happening what is it like to just be with all of this as just breath,

Sensations maybe even you start to sense that there is a feeling present what is it like though to just see that it's all just happening without you doing anything without you having to do anything just arising and falling away and just so many possibilities of things to notice in this moment so many things to notice in every moment and something can notice all of these things happening at once so if an awareness can just become the space all around your head area or maybe slightly behind it where you can just witness all of this coming and going just resting here with all of this coming and going be curious be open the invitation is to not attach to any one thing so you don't have to make the breath be something you don't have to control the thoughts or follow them you don't have to get involved and invested in any sensation or feeling just here watching witnessing so curious about how it all just is arising and falling away if you start to follow something just bring yourself back just bring yourself back to that space either in your head or slightly behind that's just awareness watching there's no right or wrong it's just taking some time to just be present and just notice and just be curious and as you're able to just open your eyes just open your eyes now and just see from wherever you are there's no need to move but just see if you can still now adding the sense of sight can you still be present to this breath to these thoughts these sensations and feelings is there still something that's able to just be present to the arising and the falling away take your time with this there's no need to rush if you need to close your eyes again that's fine what a miracle this is what a relief this is how amazing is it to just allow all the comings and the goings and let's just take a deep breath in together let it out with some sound ah what a wonderful wonderful practice see how much you can take that into your day maybe at different moments just stop and spend a minute or two just coming back to this one more deep breath in together let it out thank you thank yourself thank you
