My name is Angela Wiseman.
Today I am offering you a biofield tuning session to clear away the non-beneficial patterns of self-consciousness and replace it with consciousness of self.
Ideally,
You will want to have your shoes off as doing so facilitates the flow of energy.
Do not listen to this session while driving or operating heavy equipment.
And always remember that you alone are responsible for your own health,
Healing,
And well-being.

The ability to better manage stress,

Breathe in and breathe out.
Bringing your awareness to the soles of your feet.
Bringing some grounding here.
And as we begin this work,
Know that we're setting the intention that this tuning session is valid for anyone who listens to it at any point in time.
And that each person's individual experience of their session is for them and them alone.
And so therefore,
They will not be contaminated by any energetic backwash or leavings of anyone else who is participating.
As you're listening,
It's always important to stay in your body with your breath and remain curious.
Remain curious about all of the thoughts that you might have and the feelings in your body,
Emotions,
Sensations.
Using all of your awareness today and trusting yourself and your perceptions.
So down here,
It feels like,
You know,
Biofield tuning,
If you've never been exposed to it before,
Is something that's quite outside the box of societal norms.
And doing anything outside the box of societal norms can often bring feelings of self-consciousness and uneasiness.
And so that's okay.
Just being aware.
For just a little while,
Reserve that.
Let it go.
Just put that to one side for just a little while.
And again,
Be willing to experience something new and different.
So you might hear me yawn or breathe.
This is all indicators of energy moving or needing to be moved.
If you hear me breathing,
It might be a reminder for you to breathe.
So imagine this beautiful ball of light beneath your feet.
It's called the Earth Star Chakra.
And generally,
Its ideal position would be to rest about 8 to 12 inches below the soles of your feet.
Because of life stressing,
Other factors,
Sometimes that can just pull up,
Contract up to being by the ankles.
With our breath and our awareness and our intention,
We can allow that to move to its most perfect place.
Relaxing into the spaciousness of light,
Let go of some of the stiffness associated with self-consciousness.
And when we think about self-consciousness,
There's a lot of different forms that this can play out in our lives.
From that uneasiness at a party,
To dance,
Maybe a wedding,
People are dancing on the dance floor and you might like to,
But you're worried about your ability to dance.
And a lot of it is nothing to do with you.
It's the way you perceive the world around you will accept you.
So this is all about becoming more accepting of self.
Shake it off if you feel any energy moving through you now.
I feel like a lot of energy moving through here.
Alright,
So now we've got this beautiful Earth Star in a beautiful place.
I'm going to keep on bringing some tones here to stabilize it.
And there is this thirstiness for more fun,
More spontaneity and ease.
And as we drop this level of self-consciousness,
We can reclaim that.
Reclaim that ease in our life.
And this is something that also relates to things having to do with work.
Some level of mastery.
There's this perception that some level of mastery must be achieved before we are allowed to drop this self-consciousness.
And is that true?
Why would we hold on to something that is essentially holding us back as a method to achieve more expertise?
Or the perception of societal acceptance or self-acceptance?
That's feeling really good now.
So we're moving this through the central channel.
That central channel is that beautiful lightning rod of light that moves through the center of your body in line with your spine.
It moves from the base of your spine all the way through the crown of your head and out through the crown of your head.
And it connects down to this Earth Star from the base of the spine to below the feet,
Clearing away any of the static that's in this line here.
Still feeling a bit stiff as we're sitting here in this Earth Star.
Bit of alarm still.
There we go.
Maybe there's also a story about how self-consciousness also relates to a level of shyness,
Reserved nature,
Maybe the gregarious people,
The people who are very extroverted or maybe not quite so self-conscious.
Or are they?
So we have all these stories that we kind of build around,
Behavioral patterns,
Thought patterns,
Emotions,
Things that are holding us back.
Dropping a line down from this Earth Star down into the center of the Earth,
Bringing more grounding here,
And then allowing that beautiful coherent light from the unconditionally loving energies of Earth to come up through that cord,
That grounding cord,
Filling up that Earth Star and moving through the central channel,
Through the top,
Cycling around,
Filling and repairing and reinforcing the edges of your biofield.
This is an infinite loop of energy spiraling and flowing around you and through you.
Maybe even imagine how as this light moves through your body it informs every cell of your physical body.
As it moves around the outer most edges of your biofield it informs your entire biofield,
Just surrounding and filling this sphere of light,
This story that is you.
That feels really nice.
Okay,
So now we're going to move up to the Sun Star,
The Sun Star Chakra.
Just like the Earth Star,
It likes to sit about 8 to 12 inches above the head and sometimes again,
Due to life circumstances,
Issues,
Stress,
It can maybe sneak a little closer to the crown.
So let's see if we can move that out.
So here in the Sun Star,
I feel like I've approached immediately this very long book of rules and it feels like a scroll and it's like a very formal thing where we're just standing there unrolling,
Unwheeling this scroll with all of the rules and we're unwheeling this scroll with all of the reasons why we hold on to self-consciousness.
And this scroll is rather ancient.
It's handed down from generation to generation and societal imprints and stamps are on it.
There are so many factors influencing self-consciousness.
So we're going to take that scroll here.
We're going to wheel it up,
Wheel it up step by step and say,
You know what?
Yeah,
We are part of society and we do to a certain extent need to play by societal rules.
However,
We don't need to play by the rules of society that are non-beneficial.
And for just a split second,
I got the sense of,
You know,
The people in our lives who might kind of be the kind of people,
Relatives or associates who might look down upon you with some level of pursed lips and judgment.
And we do want to be part of our circle of relatives.
We do want to be accepted.
So this is kind of hard at times to balance our need for releasing self-consciousness with consciousness of self.
So replacing self-consciousness with consciousness of self.
You can still stand in your power and still have these relationships and recognize that your beautiful story of your life is yours and yours alone to write and direct and create.
And we no longer need to carry with us this backpack or burden of our ancestral or societal weights.
It's becoming lighter and now moving this sun star,
Able to move it just a bit more.
Or actually,
Let me change forks here.
This speaks to the quieter aspects,
Those very subtle aspects of self-love,
The kind of sleepy bits,
Dusting off self-love and remembering who you really are at the core of you and regaining a sense of unconditional love for yourself and awareness of that.
It feels really nice.
Let me stabilize here.
So as I'm stabilizing,
I think about all the times in our lives when we have done something and then found ourself in a situation where we're feeling very self-conscious later.
So doing something freely and with expression and love and delight and joy and then later regretting that because of the reactions of society to our states of joy or the outcome of our actions.
And a lot of these,
You know,
Stem back to our childhood when we're in those states of pure bliss and joy so much less contaminated by life and the reactions of others.
This is where we are learning how to quote fit into society,
Right?
As if that is a very important thing to do.
Of course,
We are in physical bodies and we do need to participate in the physicality and there is a level of need to fit in.
And that's the challenge is finding the perfect balance between speaking your voice,
Being true to yourself and doing those things which honor your heart and honor your consciousness.
That's feeling nice.
So this is streaming now down through the central channel from this sun star connecting a light bridge from the sun star to the crown and then down through that central channel in the opposite direction that we were flowing before.
Out through the earth star 360 degrees filling up the field and reinforcing and repairing the boundaries of your biofield.
And we connect in to the grand central sun here bringing even more light,
More coherence from the sky.
All right,
So now we're going to check in with our body to see where,
Where,
What is the area of focus today?
And how I do this is I just use a pendulum on the body,
A collective body to see where,
Where are we needing support and checking the feet and then the knees and then the root,
The sacral,
The solar plexus,
Heart,
Throat,
Third eye and crown.
So the pendulum is indicating at the solar plexus and the heart.
And according to the biofield anatomy chart on that right side,
The solar plexus is all about self-esteem,
Goal setting and achievement.
And on the right hand side,
That's the more masculine doing side.
It also has to do with relationship with one's father or anger.
The heart on the right hand side is saying yes when we mean no,
Caretaking,
Accommodating and giving and receiving love.
So I'm thinking today we're all about this anger and self-esteem,
Self-esteem,
Goal setting,
Achievement and then saying yes when we mean no.
All right,
So we're going to start on that right hand side at the solar plexus and we will slowly work our way in.
So the way this works is I'm about five or six feet away from the body,
The edges of the biofield,
Lined up with the right side of the body,
Working my way toward the solar plexus chakra.
The solar plexus sits about three finger widths above the belly button.
Reminder to stay in your body,
Stay in your breath and remain curious here.
This feels to me like a lot of overthinking,
A lot of thinking about strategizing,
Running algorithms in your mind of if I do this and you know running all the consequences out,
Rationalizing and then of course again pulling out this book of rules of society that we were given upon conception from our parents and their parents and from society at large and then those lessons quote-unquote that we learned along the way of our youth at school,
On the playground,
In family gatherings,
Releasing self-consciousness,
Those non-beneficial aspects of self-consciousness.
So what this feels like to me is like the rubber meeting the road where we're told if you want to get any traction in life you have to follow the rules.
This also feels to me a lot like being pushed into situations that maybe as children or even as adults we were not ready to be pushed into.
We aren't able to take our time and ease into something and we are being pushed of course that creates that alarm,
That self-consciousness and uneasiness.
It also distorts the flow of life and creates a stiffness.
Stay in your body,
Stay with your breath,
You're doing a great job.
All right now that's lightening up quite a bit,
Moving continuing to move through the field.
I was just at the edge of the field,
All the things that we brought with us,
A hoarder's level of issues all about self-consciousness that we brought with us before we even breathe our first breath of air.
So many of these things are in our luggage from society and they evolved and unwrapped themselves really quickly in our childhood.
Breathe in through the back of your heart,
Self-acceptance and love here for yourself,
Filling your heart up with so much love and compassion for all of humanity and all the stories that we've carried with us.
The heavy,
The weighted,
All having to do with self-consciousness,
The non-beneficial aspects and releasing those now with love.
And just imagine stepping away,
Walking away from these things or allowing them to dissolve.
You can dissolve this with your intention,
With compassion and love.
I am free to express myself in the world without self-consciousness.
So now I'm just before that quarter mark of your age,
One quarter of the way through your life so far,
Just shy of that.
Just feels like something has snuck up on us back here,
Something pressing on our back,
Startling us,
Almost like making us hyper-aware or it's almost like a thief in the night came and just snuck up behind us here.
Releasing that,
Whatever that had to do with self-consciousness,
We're releasing that now,
Taking the tangled up energy from that and releasing and let it just be a story without all of the tension,
Emotion,
Worry.
So that we can bring that light back to us,
Knowing and acknowledging the experience without holding on to the trauma of it.
Working our way to that halfway point in your life so far,
Not quite there,
Probably midway between the quarter stage and the halfway point of your life.
There's a little tangle here,
Feels like a great big eraser,
Those erasers that we used to use as kids in school,
Just like a stop there.
If we could just erase all those times when we were embarrassed.
And perhaps self-consciousness is this tool of preventing the need for this eraser.
And this self-consciousness really doing that job for us.
Is it really beneficial?
So letting that go,
Reminds me of this idea that Eileen McKusick talks about in her book,
Electric Body,
Electric Health,
That there's 144 sides to the diamond,
Right?
And so every side has its own perspective.
So whatever events you've been involved in in your life where others have judged you as wrong and you've maybe felt that hot shame of embarrassment or defeating attitude of feeling non-accepted,
Recognizing that you are right just as much as the other one.
Everybody has a right to stand in their own power and light.
Still a bit stiff here.
Time to move on to a different fork.
I think we'll bring a little bit of cheerfulness with the 528.
Bring more joy and levity,
Not so much having to look over our shoulders figurative or literally,
For who is watching us ready to judge us.
And this is another point of how many times in our lives have we judged others based on our standard of what quote should be?
And how many times have our judgments created these eraser moments for others where they might self-censor or create more methods for ensuring self-consciousness keeps them safe.
So with compassion for our behavior and compassion for those who've done the same to us,
We can let that go and we can be who we really want to be now that we know.
Releasing that bit of tangle,
That heavy,
The weighted,
And bringing in more joy,
Acceptance,
And love into your world.
Oh,
It feels amazing.
So we're moving on here.
We can pass that halfway point with ease.
There's another little sticky point coming up here,
Just past the 75% point.
Getting closer to the present day you.
So we're approaching the right hip and at the right hip there is this construct called the inner critic.
So even though we're up at the solar plexus,
It just feels like this inner critic for many of us has gotten so large that it's kind of invading all of these energy areas.
It's just kind of seeping and oozing its way so itself is known.
And that inner critic is there for a reason.
It protects you in some way,
Right?
It originally originated for some level of protection.
It thinks it's doing a great job.
It's like what is the.
.
.
You know when sometimes you've been in a fight with someone and you start fighting and you're fighting so long that eventually you don't even remember what you started the fight for.
This is what that inner critic energy feels like as it has oozed and seeped its way up by the solar plexus.
So letting that go,
Knowing and thanking the inner critic for all the work that the inner critic has done on our behalf and letting it go.
Putting it to rest for a while.
The inner critic of course has a lot of benefits.
It helps us to achieve mastery,
Right?
But when it just becomes nagging,
Rule-setting,
Paranoid,
You know looking over your shoulder and self-censoring,
Self-censoring in your actions and in your words.
Know that you are safe as a divine light and a spark of God.
You are safe.
You are free to stand firmly in the ground,
Grounded in the earth,
Connected to the sky and your power.
So this is your invitation to stand in that power.
Stand in the truth of who you really are.
Not in a way that is defiant and ready to fight someone else.
Stand in your power in love.
Love for yourself and love for humanity just as they are.
Stand in your power to do the things that you've always wanted to do except you didn't because you were worried about worried about whatever judgment or being excluded from the group or being made wrong.
So now we're up to the final three years before present day.
A lot of static in here.
A lot of self-consciousness.
A lot of self-awareness.
More so than ever before.
It's like it became amplified in so many of our lives where we became hyper aware of others behavior around us and our behavior around others.
A lot of emotion here.
A lot of judgment.
Smoothing that all over here.
How do we come out through all of that density of the past three years?
How do we make sense of it all and move away from this hyper extensive levels of self-consciousness and moving into consciousness of self?
Connecting in with the who that you really are.
Clearing away the clutter of society's demands upon you and also clearing away your internal thought forms and patterns about what those around you are doing that you may disagree with.
Just letting it be.
Tuning out everything and tuning into this power center of you,
This golden sun,
Your solar plexus.
Or many believe the mental body resides.
Drawing deep breaths into this beautiful solar plexus.
Finding that light of power within you.
That inner spark of your divine,
Your guidance.
Illuminating all these areas of your life where you have given your power away through self-consciousness and tapping in to the infinite potential of you Reconnecting with your consciousness.
All of this light that we have gathered today and all of the wonderful work that you have done by staying in your body,
Staying in your breath,
And simply being present today.
Just scooping all this up and pouring it into that solar plexus.
Done an amazing job so far.

Letting this all integrate in your body.
Just imagine this new new light,
This reclaimed light of you streaming and informing your entire body back from the battlefield of life.
This light in your heart center with compassion and love and holding all these aspects of you as you've journeyed through your story so far.
Holding them all with great compassion and love in your heart.
Knowing that you're always doing the best you can with all the information you have.
Maybe being a little less hard on yourself.
Beautiful.
It's feeling so well integrated.
So here we're going to do a column up.
It's absolutely fabulous today.
As I'm columning up,
It's literally just creating a column from that solar plexus straight out from your body.
90 degrees from your body.
Just creating a column.
I'm going to do a column from your body.
90 degrees from your body.
All the way to the edge of your biofield connecting you into universal light consciousness.
Bringing you directly into the now.
Time is a construct only here.
And releasing worries about the future or regret about the past.
And just knowing now with this breath you are here.
You are okay and you are safe.
Nice.

We do a beautiful figure eight using a weighted tuning fork starting at that solar plexus.
Running around the feet,
Crossing back over around the head,
Shoulders.
Just continually doing this to seal in the work and bring protection as your body continues to process what we've done today.
Creating a beautiful pillar of light again.
A column of light here at that solar plexus.
As we do this beautiful column,
Bringing into mind your consciousness of self and the power of you.
Then we wrap up with a blanket of light starting at the bottom of your feet and crisscrossing over your body to your knees,
Your hips,
Your heart space,
Your lungs,
Your shoulders,
Your ears,
Your head and back down again.
Tying that off and sending you back to you.
