Welcome to this guided meditation.

My name is Angela and this meditation is for anyone who's going through a breakup or spiraling in the relationship right now.

I'm right here with you to help you return to yourself with calmness,

Clarity,

And compassion.

If you're comfortable,

Take off your socks and shoes and place your feet flat on the ground beneath you.

There's nothing to fix in this moment.

You are not broken or out of control.

You are simply human,

Having feelings and moving through something tender.

Close your eyes.

Take a slow,

Steady breath in.

Gently breathe out.

Breathe in relaxation.

Exhale tension.

Bring your attention to your feet.

Feel the surface beneath you.

Solid,

Steady,

Always there.

Allow your awareness to drop into the present moment and the here and now.

You may feel the pull to check your phone,

To overthink,

To reach outward.

But right now,

You are choosing something different.

You are choosing to stay present and get clear.

With each breath,

Visualize gentle roots extending from the soles of your feet,

Grounding you,

Anchoring you in safety and presence.

If you notice your mind wandering,

That's okay.

Each time it does,

Simply return to your breath,

To this moment,

To the quiet strength within you.

Focusing on each inhale and each exhale to ground you.

Keep in mind,

You are safe to pause and rest.

You don't need to chase answers and keep asking why.

You can sit with what is,

Still be okay,

And make healthy choices.

You can choose peace over panic.

You can choose to let go with grace.

Your worth is not tied to someone else's presence or absence.

You are grounded.

You are growing.

You are enough as you are.

You have the right to your feelings.

You can choose to get grounded so that you may handle your feelings in a productive and healthy way.

Feel your body supported by the surface beneath you.

Let it hold you as you begin to hold yourself more gently too.

Now ask yourself,

What is one small act of love you can offer yourself today?

Something nurturing,

Grounded,

Kind.

A short walk,

A nourishing meal,

A moment of stillness.

Whatever it is,

Let it come from a place of deep respect for who you are,

To get calm,

Grounded,

And clear-headed.

Take a slow breath in,

And exhaling out.

Breathing in relaxation,

And exhaling anything you no longer need to carry within you.

You don't need to react right now.

You don't need to fix anything.

Just be here,

Breathe,

And get centered so you can make the best decisions possible.

Breathe in relaxation,

Exhale tension.

Staying calm,

Clear-headed,

Rooted in love.

Lead with respect for yourself,

For others,

And trust in your ability to heal.

This is not the end of your peace,

It's the beginning of your return to it.

You can return to this grounded place anytime.

You are allowed to protect your space,

You are allowed to rest,

And you are allowed to get clear-headed.
