This Easter-inspired meditation is a sacred journey into the heart of Christ Consciousness. Drawing from the allegory of the crucifixion and resurrection, we are called inward — into the tomb of silence, surrender, and Divine Presence — to awaken to the Christ within.

As you rest in the stillness of your breath, you are held in the infinite love of the Exalted One. With each inhale, you connect to the light of your Higher Self. With each exhale, you release the voice of ego, judgment, and shame.
