AWAKENING THE CHRIST CONSCIOUSNESS THROUGH MEDITATION The fulfilment of the promise of the Christ Consciousness is always present around the time of Easter and the ascension of Christ Jesus.
The allegory of these teachings point us in the direction of being invited to embody the Christ within,
Our awakening to our true natures and divinity.
The voice of God,
Of divine speak,
Is activated through connecting with and understanding the allegory and symbolism as they are embodied in holy teachings to be found in all of the world's major teachings.
And yet these teachings are taken as separate from ourselves instead of being part of our ability to access our true natures.
God speaks in allegory and in a part of our awakening and ascension is the understanding and embodying the layered meanings behind the superficial words printed in the pages of holy texts.
The symbolism of the life and teachings of Christ Jesus provides us with a trail,
A journey to be followed as a pathway to integrating our egos with our higher nature.
The very fact that Christ Jesus was the human form of God points us to our very humanity,
Being that which leads us back to integrating with our higher natures and our God selves.
The crucifixion is a parable of how our lower nature has led to the downfall of our ego,
How through our own self-recrimination for being imperfect keeps us externally focused on what we think the world wants from us and who we should be as a result.
We have by placing so much emphasis on meeting the requirements of the world as our reality separates ourselves from our divinity.
And it is in this externalization of self,
In our egos,
That the cause of our suffering is born.
It is that which has led us to nailing ourselves on our own crosses of persecution and that is the invitation that the Christ within has issued us,
That call to turning away from external sources of validation.
Self-recrimination,
Judgment,
The inner voice of our persecutor,
The purveyor of the noise in our heads that constantly reminds us of our imperfections is how we crucify ourselves,
Constructing a false sense of ego in our attempts to navigate our way through the world.
What if we were to remove the lenses of the ego and embrace the full wonder and beauty of the Christ energies,
His sacrifice embodied in the teachings that bring us face to face with the truth of the Christ within.
The miracle of the Christ story is about integrating ourselves with the awakening to and of our true natures,
The Christ within.
And yes,
Whilst the teachings of Christ Jesus prior to His crucifixion,
Resurrection and ascension all provide us with the clues along our journey,
It is our road map to awakening to and discovering the truth of who we are,
To our higher natures and our connection to,
And assimilation into,
Being at one mint with God.
The significance of Jesus in the tomb,
For me,
Is that transition from the external crucified and condemned sense of ego self to the realization that our reconnection to the Christ within is burst in the tomb.
That call to turn inwardly,
To rest in the consciousness of the Christ away from the noise and the pressures of the ego's need to comply with the pressures to conform to the externals.
It involves letting go of who we thought we needed to be to fit in,
To any and all forms of how our ego has been in the driver's seat.
It involves surrendering into and opening our hearts to discover the Christ within.
It is a reunification of all that Christ Jesus and His energy represents,
Love,
Devotion,
Commitment,
Sacrifice of our ego,
Compassion,
Selfless service and our immersion in the energies of ascending into our higher natures.
It requires of us to surrender,
To place our egos at the foot of the cross,
To seclude ourselves as we open our hearts to receive our awakening into embodying all that is the Christ consciousness,
As we ascend into our true natures and the love,
The light and the will of God of our understanding,
That of love.
Sit back and relax and using your breath,
Slow down and come into your centre.
Embrace the loving energies of the I AM presence in the Christ consciousness.
As you feel the presence of the Exalted One,
Feel your heart chakra opening with each breath in,
To receive the Christ consciousness within the very centre of your being.
And on the out-breath,
Surrender,
Let go of your ego's need to be in control.
With each in-breath,
You connect more and more to the peaceful loving energies of the Christ.
Draw into your heart-space that incredible presence of this divine being of light.
Each out-breath leads you to letting go more and more of your lower nature.
See and sense the presence of the Christ light inviting you,
Invoking you to step into the heart of God.
Feel yourself relaxing more and more as the love of the Christ and the love of God expands with every breath.
As you gain that sense of at-one-ment with all that is,
You have a very real sense of being transported to your own tomb,
That inner sanctum within your heart,
Which is where the Christ consciousness has been hidden all the while,
Waiting for you to awaken to the truth of love,
Of light,
Of grace,
And of reunification with God.
With it comes the realisation of how we have separated ourselves from our true natures.
See yourself in your tomb,
Embraced and held in absolute love.
Feel your ego rising up into truth,
Being integrated,
Not rejected or discarded,
Being held and loved by the Christ whose presence is here with you in the now.
The path to accessing the awakening of the Christ consciousness is through acceptance of our humanness,
The true meaning of the need for God to be embodied in man.
This is the message from this beloved avatar in God-light.
When we open our hearts in the fullness of the acceptance that is Christ Jesus,
With compassion,
Devotion,
Commitment and the willingness to sacrifice,
Let go of our ego's need to define who we are,
We are able to access that truth,
To activate and to awaken to our divine nature,
That of the Christ within.
Stay with these energies that are the genesis and the birthplace of your ascension into all that is,
The alignment of,
To and with the Christ within,
And Christ Jesus' connection to all that is,
The unending love and light of God.
Accept the invitation to your ascension journey into the heart of the Christ.
You sit quietly,
Enveloped in the love,
The presence of this mighty being of light and love.
Your heart opens and expands to truth and an outpouring of love so divine.
Three days and three nights.
On the first,
Coming face to face with all of the emotions of the ego,
Fear,
Suspicion,
Anxiety,
Shame and guilt,
And a gentle reminder from the Christ Jesus that all of those emotions,
Feelings and judgements were fixed to the cross.
And that they no longer serve you in your Christ consciousness.
The second day and night in the tomb begins to bring about the opening of your heart,
The balancing of the emotional body with the Christ consciousness and the release from needing to hold on to what was,
As your ego's lower nature begins to merge with your higher self.
The third day brings with it that integration and the true awakening into the Christ within.
With your heart open and trusting in the energies,
Receiving the outpouring of love from this incredible being,
Acceptance,
Love and compassion fill your being on every level of expression.
Your heart is full with and connected to your alignment with the Christ consciousness.
The symbolism of the Holy Trinity is not lost on you as you gently and quietly emerge out of your tomb,
Ascending into your higher consciousness with the activation of the Christ light within.
With gratitude and love in your heart you acknowledge this mighty being of light and your awakening into and connection with the ascended Christ.
Gently come back to the present moment through space and time,
Opening your eyes,
Transformed,
Renewed,
Resurrected.
It is as we have decreed it to be.
