Transcript

Sit comfortably with a tall spine and relaxed shoulders.

Gently close your eyes and draw your attention inward.

Bring your awareness into your breath and feel how your body responds to your breath today.

Feel the rise and fall of your chest,

The expansion and contraction of your belly.

Allow your breath to softly guide you deeper inward.

Today we focus on seeing the relationships in our lives as mirrors.

Relationships of all types,

The easy going and the most challenging,

Can serve as extraordinary tools to show us what is either in or out of alignment within us.

Our most difficult relationships in particular are there to show us what we need in order to realign within ourselves and heal the parts of us that we have disowned.

I'd like you to call into your mind your most difficult,

Challenging relationship.

Picture this person standing before you.

Like you,

This person is human.

Like you,

This person makes mistakes.

Like you,

This person wants to be loved.

Envision yourself standing before this individual staring into his or her eyes.

Any hard edges around you soften.

There is nothing to protect against.

Allow any tension that you feel to melt away.

You begin to have a conversation with your higher self.

Allow answers to come in however they will and do not grow frustrated if you don't receive clear answers right away.

Trust the process and be totally open to what's unfolding.

You ask,

What is this challenge there to show me?

What can I learn from this experience?

How does this relationship create a richer life experience for me?

What gifts have I received from this relationship?

Are there any actions that I need to take to heal this relationship?

Sit for the next couple of minutes and allow any thoughts,

Wisdom or feelings rise up within you.

Stay as open as you can be.

It is now time to come out of this meditation and move forward with the intention to see beauty in even our most challenging relationships and openly learn the great lessons that they provide us.

Honey incredible meditation to understand the nature of relations and your own needs. I felt and euroka time when I listened it. There's no instruments better than mirroring your needs over the relationships. I understand that our higherselves is kind of thinking machine. Our ibm Watson....
