Learning to control your breath is one of the keys to living a centered life.
Keep your breath steady and even and you can maintain your presence in the face of anything you encounter today.

Now bring your awareness to your toes.
Feel the tips of your toes getting slightly warm.
As if they are being touched by the light of the sun.
It's a comfortable,
Soothing warmth.
You can see the sun shining brightly on the tips of your toes.
The light starts to climb up your feet over your ankles.
You feel the warmth of the sun on your feet and your ankles.
Slowly moving up your shins and your calves.
Up over your knees.
You feel the light climbing up your legs.
Over your hips and pelvis.
Your hands.
Your torso and your arms.
Your shoulders and your neck.
The light and warmth of the sun is spreading across your face as you continue to breathe.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
The light is on your eyes and your forehead.
It slowly moves all the way up to the top of your head.
The sun is filling you with its energy.
Recharging you like a battery.
This day is a new start.
A new beginning.
A reset button.
This day is for you to begin to create the life you have dreamt of.
The life you came here to live.
In through the nose and out through the mouth.
The sun has warmed and invigorated you.
Your breath has brought your awareness to your body and to the present moment.
The eternal now.
You have given your body thanks for all that it does for you.
In return,
Your body is vital.
It is healthy and thriving.
It is supporting you.
