Where what you are concerned about is trivial and not worth the energy you're giving it.
Your unconscious mind knows that these two types of worrying thoughts,
The unlikely and the unimportant,
Make up the majority of most people's worrying thoughts.
Your powerful unconscious mind is,
From this very moment on,
Starting to notice the flow of those thoughts.
And is noticing the unimportant worrying thoughts,
The unlikely worrying thoughts,
And is starting right now,
In this very moment,
To easily,
Effortlessly dissolve them.
Your unconscious mind knows how to do this.

Unimportant thoughts.
But from this moment on,
As your unconscious mind continues its work now,
I want you to know that these thoughts are now in the past.
No longer a part of you.
No longer a part of you.
They're just a memory.
A dissolving,
Disappearing,
Dim,
Distant memory.
And,
As the unwanted,
Unimportant worrying thoughts are dissolving into the past,
And the unneeded,
Unlikely worrying thoughts are dissolving into the past,
You're beginning to realize now how much time and energy and focus went into maintaining those thoughts.
Become aware now of how much more time you have for positive,
Constructive thoughts.
Become aware of how much more energy you have now for positive,
Constructive thoughts.
Become aware now of how much focus you have for positive,
Constructive thoughts.
From this moment on,
This extra focus,
This extra time,
This extra energy is used for positive solutions.
Positive thoughts.
Your unconscious mind is now free to use all its resources,
Skills,
And abilities to create solutions.
Real world solutions.
And as your mind,
With its extra time,
Energy,
And focus begins to create solutions,

In the past,
Used to cause you discomfort or unease,
Now simply wash over you.
You feel so much more in control of your thoughts.

In the past,
May have caused you concern or worrying thoughts,

And as you exhale,
You let go the concerns.

And as you start to see the results of your freedom from worrying,

And as you start to remain more and more in control of your thoughts,
You're noticing beneficial shifts.
Your mind is calmer and clearer.
You're more relaxed.
You're more relaxed not only in your mind and body,
But more relaxed about yourself,
About the world around you.
You're falling asleep quicker.
Sleeping deeper and longer.
Because of this,
You're more energized during the day.
You have more patience.
You're more positive and optimistic.
And it does feel as if a weight has been lifted from you.
As if a burden has been removed.
Allowing you to live your life in a way that is so much happier,
Healthier,
And positive.
Living life in a way that is so much more satisfying.
