So finding a position you can be comfortable in,
Sitting or lying down.
Taking a slightly deeper breath in and as you exhale closing the eyes.
Allowing the little muscles around and behind your eyes to soften,
To release and relax.
In these days of computers and tablets and smartphones our eyes work so hard for us.
It's nice to give them a break,
To release and relax.
Do a quick body scan from the top of your head,
Down to your fingertips and down to your toes.
Releasing and relaxing any unnecessary discomfort or unease.
Use the relaxing power of the out-breath to soften and loosen any unnecessary tension,
Discomfort or unease.
Letting go.
Letting go.
Letting go.
Letting gravity take hold.
With the eyes closed and visual distractions removed,
You sink deeper,
Noticing points of presence.
The breath.
The movement of the stomach and chest.
The flow of air at the nostrils.
The gentle beginnings of heaviness within the body,
Especially in the hands and the feet.
Points of presence are things that you notice in meditation that take you deeper into the experience.
Deeper within.
This is your time.
No one else's.
Your time to sink deeper within.
We find ourselves at a time of change.
Of change in finances for many of us.
I'd like you to acknowledge any financial worries.
Recognising their impact beyond material concerns.
This challenging period can be a teacher,
Revealing your hidden strengths and defying societal expectations.
This is a time to learn and grow,
Nurturing self-respect.
Any worry that you have should be boxed,
Preventing it from spreading to other areas of your life.
Use your mental energy wisely,
Protecting your resources and engaging fully with loved ones and interests.
Appreciate the positives and take time away from worry.
Differentiate between imaginative fears and objective understanding of your challenges.
Remember life's cyclical nature and the potential for unforeseen opportunities.
Worry signals areas needing attention,
But its usefulness is limited.
Take appropriate time and action to diminish it.
Notice any financial worries and with the out-breath,
Release them.
Soften them.
Loosen them.
This helps you to relax and enjoy life,
Setting worry aside.
Setting aside worries gives you free time,
A holiday from concerns,
But they can be revisited later.
Allow your body to rejuvenate,
Preparing for the days ahead.
Just as a painter steps back to gain perspective,
Deeply relax and approach your circumstances with fresh ideas.
Concentrate on small actions that can lead to significant change.
Life can be uncertain,
But chance encounters can bring unexpected opportunities.
Begin to focus on positive changes within your control.
Reflect on past desires and how you overcame disappointments.
Trivial concerns from the past highlight the transient nature of challenges.
Priorities may shift as you gain new perspectives.
Act in alignment with your values and embrace personal growth.
Tap into your wisdom.
Tap into the strength and resourcefulness residing within your unconscious mind.
Bring your awareness to enjoyable moments.
Focus on the present,
Letting go of other concerns.
Trust in your ability to handle uncertainty,
Knowing that worry is a misuse of imagination.
Create a mental picture of positivity and resilience.
Remember your strengths,
Your skills,
Abilities and resources.
Remember this positivity and resilience whenever it's needed.
You are equipped to face any situation effectively.
You are back in control.
And bringing your awareness into the feet and the hands once again.
Bringing your awareness to the breath.
Taking a slightly deeper awakening breath and opening your eyes.
Slowly returning,
Feeling recharged and ready to embrace life with clarity and strength.
Remembering always to be gentle with yourself.
