Each track has a familiar beginning and ending to create quicker relaxation habits. This Muscle Relaxation practice comprises a gentle body scan designed to help you to feel completely comfortable, supported, relaxed and calm. Allow your eyes to gently close as you release any uncomfortable or unwanted feelings. The more your child listens and allows the relaxation to happen, the more he/she will be able to recreate the relaxation when needed.
