Each track has a familiar beginning and ending to create quicker relaxation habits. This practice is a Breathing Relaxation exercise designed to help you feel completely calm, supported and relaxed. The more your child listens and allows the relaxation to happen, the more he/she will be able to recreate the relaxation when needed.
