Welcome,

Let's take a few minutes to find balance,

Not by stopping everything,

But by noticing what moves and what stays still.

Sit in a way that feels upright,

But easy.

Let your hands rest naturally.

Let your breath arrive.

This may be a time of transition.

The air may feel different.

Your days may be shifting,

But you don't have to get swept away.

Let the breath be your rhythm now,

Not controlled,

Just witnessed,

Each inhale arriving,

Each exhale softening.

Breathe in awareness,

Breathe out tension.

Balance isn't perfection,

It's fluid,

It shifts.

It's how you return again and again.

Notice your body's contact with the ground,

Your sitting bones,

Your feet,

The quiet length of your spine rising.

Feel the subtle sway of your body,

Not rigid,

Not frozen,

A gentle movement that keeps you steady.

You are steady,

Even whilst things around you move.

When your thoughts drift,

Gently return to the breath.

That return is the balance.

You don't have to hold it all.

You don't have to get it perfect.

Just meet the moment that you're in.

With clarity,

With presence,

With enough steadiness to continue.

Carry this rhythm with you,

Breath arriving,

Breath releasing,

Balance shifting and always returning.

This is balance in motion and it is already yours.

Have a gentle stretch.

Set an intention to retain some balance throughout today.

Bring some movement into your toes and into your fingers.

And now,

With a gentle awakening breath,

In and out,

You can open your eyes,

Returning to the day.

And as always,

Remember,

Be gentle with yourself.

Meet your Teacher

Andrew, your recordings have made and are making such a huge, positive impact in my life. I now have reliable ways to release stress, relax, fall asleep and even fall back asleep (which has always been a challenge for me). Thank you, Andrew! 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

His voice soothes me to my core. I have not been disappointed by any of his works. I’m not easily impressed, and even I would probably spend thousands to meet him at a retreat… yeah, that good (in my opinion). Thank you for sharing this with humanity - we need it now more than ever.

Beautiful perspective on balance as fluid. Balance can be achieved with breathwork in even the most stressful moments. Thank you for this guidance. Blessings to you and yours.
