For today's practice I'd like you to stand,

Feet firmly planted on the floor,

Arms down by the side,

Taking a gentle deep breath in and out and closing your eyes.

It's time to shake off the day.

Gently turn your head from left to right,

Gently move your head down and up and back.

Raise your shoulders right up to the ears and let them drop.

Let's do that once more.

Raise your shoulders right up to the ears,

Hold,

And let them drop.

Feel the tension release.

With a little bit of tension released from the shoulders,

Start moving your arms a little right down to the fingertips.

Shake the fingers and the hands and the thumbs and the wrists.

Shake the arms a little,

Just gently,

Feel any tension melting away.

Good.

Take a deep breath in,

Filling your chest and your stomach and letting it out in a sigh.

Let's do that once more,

A deeper breath into the chest and the stomach,

Letting it out with a sigh.

Good.

Do a gentle twist with your hips,

Turning the torso round to the right and round to the left.

And then if it's comfortable to do so,

Taking the weight on the left leg and left foot,

Shake out the right leg just a little,

Feeling any tension release.

And swapping over now,

Taking the weight on the right leg and right foot and shaking out the tension on the left leg and left foot.

Good.

And just standing now,

Letting everything release,

Letting everything relax.

And you can bring this relaxation back with you.

As you take a deeper breath in and out and open your eyes,

Returning to the day.

Hi Andrew. Thank you for this medi. Actually enjoyed it. Took some tension out. Can't really balance well on one foot, though. HahaπŸ˜„ I think this was the 1st time I ever did a standing meditation. -NamastΓ© Andrew! πŸ˜‡πŸ™πŸ»βœ¨οΈπŸ™πŸ»πŸ˜‡ *Looking foward to your live medi in a week! Sooo excited!😁

First standing meditation I've done in 13 years! Grateful I was able to set aside what I thought I knew about this type of meditation - and opened myself up to a completely new experience - with Andrew's delicate guidance! πŸ™ŒπŸ½
