Take some time to sit or lie down and make yourself comfortable.

It's time to let go of the working day.

Time to relax.

Time to let go of any unease,

Any unnecessary tension,

Any unnecessary thoughts.

This is your time,

No one else's.

Your time to relax.

As you allow the muscles in your face to relax.

The forehead,

The eyes,

The cheeks relaxing.

The mouth and the tongue and the cheeks relaxing.

The jaw and the neck and the shoulders relaxing.

Just let the tension melt away.

Releasing any unnecessary tension,

Any unnecessary discomfort.

Relax the arms,

The elbows,

The wrists,

The hands,

Fingers and thumbs.

Relax the chest,

The stomach,

The back,

The hips.

Softening,

Relaxing,

Releasing.

Relax the thighs,

The knees,

The calves,

The ankles,

The feet,

The toes.

Relaxing,

Releasing,

Softening,

Letting go of the working day.

Your body relaxing and continuing to relax at its own pace.

As you now become aware of the flow of your breathing.

In and down and up and out.

In and down and up and out.

If it feels comfortable and natural,

Touch the tip of your tongue onto the roof of your mouth just behind the teeth.

And take your breathing a little deeper.

Just a little deeper.

It's time to let the thoughts of the day melt away.

Your inner mind knows what thoughts are necessary and what thoughts are not.

Any unnecessary thoughts of the day can simply be allowed to melt away.

It's time to let go of the working day.

As your breathing continues.

You can let any unnecessary thoughts simply melt away without hesitation.

Without analysis.

Let your unconscious mind and your breathing do the work.

This is your time.

Your time to unwind.

Your time to relax.

Time just for you and those close to you.

This is your time.

Your time to let go.

Your time to unwind.

Your time to relax.

Time just for you and those close to you.

Time to connect.

Time to enjoy.

Time to relax.

Time to socialize.

Perhaps time just for yourself.

Time to think.

Time to simply just be.

You've let go of the working day.

Your mind is calmer and clearer.

Your nerves stronger and steadier.

Your body relaxed.

And yet you have enough energy for the rest of the evening.

Positive energy.

Allowing you to do whatever you choose to do.

This is your time.

And it's time to return to normal everyday senses.

To everyday energy to return to the present moment.

Take a deep breath in.

And out.

Give your hands and feet.

Give them a wiggle.

Give your arms a gentle stretch.

Give your legs a gentle stretch.

Gently stretch out your back.

And open your eyes.

Open your eyes.

You are back in control.

Always in control.

You are back in control.
