Connecting with the weight of your feet there on the floor,
Connecting with the weight of your entire body there on the chair,
It's nice to let go,
Nothing to do,
Nowhere to go,
Nothing to think of except being in this moment,
Now,
Here,
This,
Mindfulness in three words,
In this moment,
Now,
In the space that you're occupying,
Here,
In this experience.
If you find yourself a little scattered or unsure or anxious,
Take a moment for yourself sitting down in the position you're in at the moment and remember these three words,
Now,
You're in this moment,
Not the past or the future,
Here,
You're in the space that you're occupying,
This,
Your breath,
The temperature,
The sounds of the room,
Whatever you're noticing in the moment and allowing just this short break to rebalance,
To relax,
To refresh and having a gentle stretch and a slightly deeper breath in and out,
You can open your eyes and return to the day.
