Good morning lovelies,

Here we go.

Your Monday morning ritual.

I am Andrea Luzon,

Your love legacy liberator.

So I first of all want to greet all of you and welcome you into the fold,

Welcome you into community,

Welcome you into tapping into your intentions,

Tapping into your intentions,

Tapping into your values.

That's really what brought this group together.

So today what's come forward for me is a couple of things.

What I'm hearing friends say is that they have these intentions and that sometimes it's not always working out the way that we imagine.

And then where do you go?

Where do you go inside when that plan,

That intention,

The the striving doesn't unfold the way that you imagined.

How are you handling that?

How are you moving through it?

Are you being an actor or a reactor?

Are you in your power?

Are you in your values?

Are you living your intentions or are you falling apart,

Going into overwhelm,

Maybe fight,

Flight,

Freeze.

So today is just about reconnecting with your core values,

Your core intentions,

The you that always has been,

The you that always is.

It's about effort and ease today.

The balance,

Where you go,

When you're striving,

Are you also softening?

When you're in effort,

Can you also allow ease to come in around the effort?

I love to place my left hand on my heart,

Kind of nestle it right on top of my left breast and then I love to put my right hand on my belly.

Really get to get a sense of that heart inside of you.

So allowing your hand to feel your breath rising and falling through your belly.

Allow your eyelids to flutter closed.

Feel your heart pumping underneath your left palm.

Give yourself some time to check in with your body.

See if you can loosen anything that feels tight right now.

Any spaces that are feeling uncomfortable and your awareness to that area.

See if you can feel the area ease up just a bit.

Today is about effort and ease.

Striving and softening.

When plans change in our life,

Let's come back to our values,

Our intentions,

And our favorite ways of being.

The ways of being that you're calling forward in your life.

Ways of being like patient,

Kind,

Adventurous,

Passionate,

Loving,

Diligent,

Committed,

Consistent,

Powerful.

Maybe you already have your power phrase for the year.

Maybe you already have some words of inspiration that you want to live by this year.

Some ways of being that you wish to incorporate into your body.

You want those words,

You want to live by them.

And it's okay if you don't have those words yet.

We're going to do a bit of exploration today.

So allow your hands to either hang by your sides or to be comfortable on top of your legs.

Breathing in deeply,

Breathing out deeply.

Allow your exhales to become longer and longer.

And as you are fueled by your breath,

Allow your spine to feel straighter and straighter.

Rocking your hips backwards a little bit and tucking your chin down ever so slightly.

Just a tiny bit of tucking.

That really helps the spine feel nice and straight.

Feel free to wiggle if you're finding your true north.

What does your comfortable straight spine feel like?

As you're becoming aware of your spine,

Allow that awareness to see that your spine is filled with light.

There's this cord of light that is moving up your spine and down your spine.

The wide cord feels really good.

As that white light pulls you nice and straight,

Feel the light moving up out of the top of your head and moving into the place where the air becomes thin,

Way past your roofline,

Way past the trees.

You feel your light begin to dance.

Maybe it moves slowly,

Maybe it's quick,

Maybe it spirals,

Maybe it branches.

It feels really good.

It feels so open.

It feels connected to possibility,

To your potential,

To the greater part of the universe,

Divine intelligence.

Maybe your light rests for a moment near a star or a planet,

A sun or a moon.

Regardless,

You feel that energy of possibility moving down your cord.

Such a long,

Long way.

Then you feel that loving energy surge into your spine,

Moving out throughout your entire body.

Breathe in that potential and that love.

Feel it moving through you,

Every part of you.

And then your cord leaves the bottom of your body.

Oftentimes this is right in the area of our tailbone.

You feel the light begin to push through the floor of the place that you're in,

Through the foundation,

Making no cracks,

Just simply sending energy down through the foundation,

Down into the earth.

Many different layers of rock and texture,

History,

So much history.

Your light continues to move towards the core of the earth.

Maybe it spirals,

Maybe it's straight,

Maybe it branches out.

You get to trust that feeling.

Into your cord you feel your history.

You feel the power of your ancestors,

Generation upon generation of people carrying your DNA,

Who walked this earth.

You feel that history,

The power,

Intention of those people moving into your light.

You feel love,

You feel their desire to protect you,

To love you,

To give you some of what they created,

Some of their power.

You feel it move up,

Up,

Through the core of the earth,

Through all of the layers,

And then you feel it enter your body.

You breathe deeply,

Allowing in the awareness of that love,

That power,

That history.

You feel cared for,

You feel their presence combining with that energy from above,

Which is your potential,

Your possibility.

Breathe deeply,

Allowing your history and your potential to combine inside your body,

To free your mind,

To empower your thoughts,

And ignite your potential.

Continue breathing and allow your words of inspiration to settle inside of you.

Whatever you sensed was coming in from those directions,

Whatever words are feeling the most inspiring in your heart,

In your body,

In your emotions,

In your spirit.

Trust that the words you've landed on are meant for you.

When the universe whispers into our ears,

Into our heart,

It's not a conference call,

It's meant for you and you alone.

Return to your breath with a deep inhale.

Allow your fingers and toes to wiggle,

Flex and point.

Allow the corners of your mouth to lift,

And then blink open and closed your eyelids.

Welcome back to the room,

Welcome back to the space that you're in.

The talk today has been about effort and ease,

Driving and softening,

And how plans change when we get to come back to our values and our intentions.

At this moment,

I would love for you to,

Instead of focusing on the areas of your life where you are making effort,

Where you are striving,

I would love for you to instead answer this question.

What would softness feel like around my efforts?

So for those of us who came with a notebook and a pen,

I would love for you to get those out.

If you don't have them on you,

This would be a great time to pause if you're watching the replay or to go grab those if you're in person as well.

So the question is,

The second question is,

Where in my life do I get to flex into ease?

So for those of you who are not with us in the recording space,

I would challenge you to continue forward with the pen and paper,

The power that you create in your life.

Push your own words and then you can see them written in front of you.

It truly magnetizes change in your life.
