In the past,

We have been living in a world that is completely different from us.

On our path on this earth,

We all want to be a being which is within us,

And it is the one that is completely well.

Between each one of us,

There is an idea of a person in harmony and peace.

Within each one of us,

There is an idea of a being that is completely in harmony and at peace.

Within the search that we all have as human beings on our transit on this earth or in this life,

It is well-being.

That is our search.

The most simple search is to be able to go through life at peace and in harmony and making a fine usage of the gift that is this existence,

Enjoying the treasure that is to be alive,

But to be able to be the being that we want to be.

What is our part?

What is it that corresponds to us?

Recognizing that in the universe,

Everything is there with a purpose and that everything happens for a reason.

Recognizing that we are all instruments of love that has the entire universe in movement.

Absolutely always we are an instrument.

There's nothing in this creation that is not an instrument of that power,

And we are not the exception.

What is it that happens?

How come our life becomes so dense,

Intense sometimes?

And that happens is that we are completely distracted.

So what it's about is how to become a witness that we are an instrument.

In this way to not interfere or put limits on what Spirit is doing through us and our destiny.

Because our mind that is a temporal.

It's always placing limits and conditions.

To in one way or another experience density and what is not clear.

So how do we align our mind with our heart?

So we are going to talk about what corresponds to us.

What is our part on our path to freedom?

And that path towards well-being.

We're going to talk about the natural design of creation.

We have spoken about this before.

And it is that when we inhabit our life only through our mind,

Through our reason.

We drain a lot of our energy.

Because our mind drains a lot of energy.

Only when our mind is aligned with our heart,

It enters in a line of harmony and of saving energy.

Which is why we say that one of the things that corresponds to us or that we must do towards our path to well-being is to align our mind with our heart.

A good thought from the heart is to recognize that the finest usage that we can make of this part of us that is our thoughts is to put it at the service of our well-being.

That means that what we think feels good.

If what we think brings us peace and harmony,

Then we are synchronized with our heart.

If we do not feel peace and harmony,

Then we are not synchronized with our heart.

So what corresponds to us to go towards well-being is to pay a lot of attention to our thoughts and to everything that is born from it itself.

Our thoughts know how to inhabit outside of time.

Because in our thoughts inhabit the ego.

And our ego is atemporal.

Our ego knows how to inhabit in the past and in the future.

Our ego is what drains most of our energy.

And what gives us the most energy is our heart.

All of the feelings that come out of our heart nourish us.

They give us energy.

So what it's about is to look at everything that passes through our mind or our thoughts.

And what is the resonance that that has in our life in order to know exactly where to put it.

If a thought brings us sadness,

If it brings us nostalgia,

Then that thought does not come from the heart.

If a memory brings us happiness,

If it brings us peace,

That comes from the heart.

What corresponds to us is to find a relationship that brings us peace and well-being with what happens to us.

For example,

When we are sick,

We're going to talk about the relationship that we have with that which we call sickness.

What is it that corresponds to us on our path to healing within the natural truth of creation?

So,

When our relationship with that that happens to us in our body or in our mind,

When it is a relationship of pain,

Of sickness,

When it is a relationship that something is wrong,

Then that is the resonance,

That is the choice that we are making towards the experience or before the experience that we are going through in our body.

And that which we feed with our thoughts is what will grow,

That is what will take power.

But if on the contrary,

We see in a different way,

And we see that which happens in our body,

And we recognize that which is happening as an experience in our body or in our mind,

Then we are changing the relationship.

Now the relationship is not of sickness.

When we speak about experience,

Every experience is medicine.

Every experience has a purpose and it serves for something or it is good for something.

When we see it in this way,

We are changing the relationship.

So now I say,

I have an experience in my body.

I have an experience in my mind.

And in this way,

We think of it and in this way,

We assume it.

And so there we are recognizing that every experience is medicine and the relationship is of healing.

So I am no longer relating myself from sickness or out of sickness.

I am relating myself from a process of healing.

When I change my relationship to what happens to me and I see everything in the favor of my wellbeing,

Then my cells,

My atoms,

My being naturally by itself begins to configure itself in the favor of healing.

That is the power of the relation.

So what it's about is learning how to have a relation of blessing with everything that happens to me.

So we're going to repeat.

If in my body there is pain and suffering and I speak about pain and suffering,

I speak about sickness,

Then my relationship is of sickness.

And that is the resonance that will be in my life and in my body.

But if I speak about an experience and that is a truth,

What is happening in my body or in my mind is an experience.

Every experience is medicine.

Every experience is a master or a teacher.

So all of my being is relating in a different way.

It is relating with healing.

So I no longer say I am sick.

I say I am healing.

And when I relate myself in this manner,

All of my being,

My cells,

My atoms begin to configure themselves in the favor of healing.

In my life,

What takes power is what I feed.

And for that I have two tools,

My mind and my heart.

When I integrate my mind and my heart in the favor of healing,

That is what I will feed.

That is what takes power.

But if I configure my mind in the favor of sickness,

Then there my mind is misaligned from my heart.

And there will only appear fear and sadness.

And that's what I feed.

And that's what will grow and take power.

In this way,

Knowing the design of creation within us,

We can learn to choose how to relate with what happens to us.

We can be people that are medicine or medicine people if we so choose to.

I can be medicine in the manner in which I relate in a beautiful manner with what happens to me,

In the manner in which I pay attention to what passes through my mind.

So what corresponds to me in my path of healing is to pay attention to everything that passes through my mind.

If what comes is fear and sadness,

I have all of the power to tell the universe to please disintegrate this.

So then I pay attention when I'm going to speak about what happens to me.

And I no longer speak about sickness.

When I refer to what happens to me,

I say I have an experience in my body.

Or I can say I am healing from.

And in this way,

We change the relationship with what happens to us so that my being reconfigures itself in the favor of healing.

The attitude of optimism has a lot of power.

A good attitude makes a difference.

But always the ego will get in the way.

And it will say,

Well,

Why am I lying to myself if I am sick?

Because that's what corresponds to the ego.

That is the nature of the ego.

That my being should be above the nature of the ego.

The supreme being that I am is the observer.

The one that observes all of these sensations and chooses how to direct them.

We can direct them through our mind or we can align our mind with our heart.

So a good thought from the heart.

Always with the best attitude.

Always with the best relationship and the favor of healing.

And that's what corresponds to us on our path of healing.
