The Present, A Gift For You

The present moment. A communion with Spirit, the union of all time - the only absolute truth that we have: because we have felt it, touched it, and tasted it. Here and now is where you have the true opportunity for rebirth. The present moment is as important as each person chooses for it to be. In this episode, you will understand the gift that is THIS moment and how to align it with the power and truth of your heart.

Some time ago,

A friend of his said something to him that stayed with him.

And what he said was,

I've been so intrigued with so many truths that there are in existence.

But now I want to go with only one truth.

And I want to give all of my attention to it.

And that truth is to inhabit the present.

He said this to him with so much happiness.

That it stayed resounding in his mind,

In his heart.

In this episode,

We're going to talk about the present.

What is the present and what is it good for?

What happens when we learn to inhabit as much as possible in the present,

In our present?

And so what is the present?

It is an absolute truth.

It is the only truth where the conscious fountain of the universe inhabits,

The great spirit inhabits only in the present.

And from there,

It becomes eternal.

It is only in our ego is the place where time divides.

Past,

Present and future.

They are placed in our thoughts or in our mind.

And when we learn to go to our heart,

All of time is contained in one unit,

Which is called the present.

The present is the great opportunity,

Is the great possibility that we have to be reborn here and now.

It is the only real thing that we have.

We may have heard that the past does not exist and the future,

Well,

Doesn't exist either.

Truly,

The only day,

The only thing that exists is this one.

The only real moment is here and now.

The other ones are only an illusion.

We can see our body itself nine years ago.

All of those compounds of cells and atoms which made up our body don't exist anymore.

This has been demonstrated scientifically.

That being that we could observe,

Feel,

Touch and see in a mirror does not exist anymore.

Now it's a new one.

This means that we have died so many times,

Meaning that we have been reborn so many times.

And so what are we?

We are only memory.

We are memory contained in a present.

And so knowing this,

Where do we have to place our attention,

Our focus?

To find the answers of well-being that we seek naturally.

It is in this present.

One day he heard that when someone is given a gift,

They are given a present.

And he thought it was very beautiful.

To be able to recognize that the only real gift that we have is this instant.

It is in this instant where we must concentrate all of our focus,

All of our attention.

Yesterday does not exist anymore.

If we are going to bring memories of our story,

May they be memories that do well for this instant,

That nourish it.

Because our ego brings memories that don't nourish this present.

When those memories are of pain,

Sadness,

Of a void,

They are memories that come from our ego and they drain our energy.

When those memories come from our heart,

They come full of blessings.

They are memories that come with the consciousness of a purpose.

And so in this way we integrate the past to this present.

When those memories recognize that everything happens for something.

When we look back in our lives and we recognize that each person has done the best that they could from what they understood,

They are memories that come full of love.

In this way we put judgment aside.

And so we put our story in the favor of our present.

And our past becomes medicine.

Our past becomes like earth that is nourished so that our life can blossom.

In this way we integrate everything that has happened in our lives in a beautiful manner.

And so in this present is where the consciousness begins to awaken.

Because we choose what to take from everything that has happened to us.

Here and now we have the possibility to become the being that we want to be.

If we so desire or place ourselves with this intention from our heart.

Our heart inhabits only in the present.

And our ego is the one that is divided.

Our heart is the light,

It's absolute clarity.

Our ego is the shadow.

Our heart has the memory awakened of the origin of this universe.

The memory of the purpose that has us on this earth.

And the ego distracts us from that purpose.

In this present we can place ourselves in our heart.

Aligning our thoughts with our clarity.

A good thought from the heart.

How do I identify a good thought from my heart?

Because I feel peace and well-being.

Happiness.

Emotion.

Excitement.

This is how I begin to identify here and now with what I want to identify with.

Recognizing that I am the sum of a lot of presents.

In this way I integrate time in this present.

As a great unit.

Which flows in love.

In well-being.

And when it happens this way.

I am building my next present.

In all of the next presents that follow.

Which are called future.

This is how I build my life.

One time he heard from the fountain itself.

Who said.

Everything that you desire from your heart is not a desire.

It is a memory of what is there for you.

That changed his life.

And he asked it.

So I can desire whatever I want and that's already there for me.

Everything that I desire or want from my heart is already there for me.

And the infinite love replied yes.

And it has happened this way.

He simply began to desire from his heart.

To travel where he's wanted to travel to the family that he has.

He began to desire the most wonderful things that he could desire.

And since every light brings its shadow.

Every light projected on an object.

And the opposite side reflects a shadow.

That one is called the ego.

That on the other side is saying could it be?

Is it true?

And so the shadow will always appear.

Something that tells you so much beauty how could it be true?

You simply just have to look back on your life.

And remember everything that you have desired from your heart.

Even without faith.

And he could say with certainty that you have received all of it.

What is the reach of our prayer?

How far does our purpose go?

The prayer reaches as far as we send it.

Here and now.

We have a beautiful possibility to elevate our prayers unconditionally without limits.

And there the power is born if we don't make an interference from our ego with our limits and with our fear.

That prayer gets strength.

And the fountain itself.

The great spirit will take charge in making it into a reality.

Here and now.

The infinite fountain of love that is moving this universe presents itself to us.

Which is called many names.

But it is a fountain of love.

It presents itself to us and says to us.

My child.

What do you want?

I will be in charge.

And for it to be effective as quickly as possible.

Take care to not make an interference.

Here and now.

Synchronize yourself with that which you desire.

Look well in your heart.

Use your mind as an instrument.

An instrument of your heart.

And show me what do you want.

Take from me.

Who am the fountain.

All that you want.

For you and for all the ones you love.

And I will be in charge.

That is a truth.

That is my truth.

And this is what I have experienced.

I am certain that all the ones who have done it this way.

Have experienced it.

Here and now.

We are building the next present.

This present builds the next present.

If here and now I synchronize myself with sadness and melancholy.

My next present will be of sadness and suffering.

And in this way every present brings the next one.

And when I can return to my heart.

I transform the present.

The present is so powerful.

As each one chooses for it to be.

I choose from where I feed my present.

If I feed it from my ego.

Which is the one that brings fear.

Lack of trust.

And that is what I am taking from the fountain.

And that is the reality that I am creating for my life.

If I think of my loved ones with fear.

That reality I am creating for them but first I am creating it for myself.

If I think here and now.

In my loved ones.

And I imagine them full of love.

Experiencing peace and well-being.

I imagine them healthy and strong.

With beautiful relationships.

Healthy.

That reality I am creating for them.

But first.

That reality is flowing through me.

That reality comes from the fountain.

The fountain that is creating and experiencing itself in everything that happens in this universe.

And the most beautiful thing.

Is that everything that I desire from my heart.

It is not even I myself who is putting it in my heart.

The fountain itself is putting it there in my heart.

It's incredible to know.

That when I desire something from my heart.

I am only an instrument.

It comes from the fountain.

When I desire the trip that I want.

The family that I want.

The company that I desire.

It is the great spirit itself who is putting it there in my heart.

Because I am only an instrument.

Through which the love of this universe is experienced.

When I incorporate this into my life.

With humility.

I am building what comes from here on forward.

That is called free will.

That is called freedom.

That is called to pray.

To connect.

Or to enter in communion.

Meaning a common union.

With the creator.

Without it mattering the name that you would like to call it.

It is the same fountain that is experiencing itself in everything.

That is not good nor bad.

It is simply flowing.

And I am a channel.

That I take from that fountain what I want.

Here and now.

There is a beautiful possibility.

To be the being that I want to be.

Here and now I can recognize that the miracle inhabits only in the present.

That from here I integrate my past and my future.

In a loving act.

Free and unconditional.

It is here and now where I become responsible for my life.

In this present I have the beautiful possibility.

To feel that power which is called God.

Wishing that here and now.

May the miracle happen.

To transform what each one of you desires to transform in your lives.

And that it may only be this instant the one that matters the most.

The person that has had the greatest influence in the history of humanity.

Is called Jesus Christ.

He changed the history of humanity and divided it into before him and after him.

And Jesus Christ said each day will bring its rush or each day will bring its issues.

He didn't say that just to say it.

He was not making that up.

He awakened his memory and his consciousness to the point of becoming one with creation.

The only day that matters is this one.

About the others the universe will be in charge.

And of the other days this present will be in charge.

In which I am a beautiful instrument.

A channel through which love flows.

May love bless you always.

May the love of your heart guide you.

May the love of your heart help you to resolve absolutely everything that you have to resolve.

May the love of your heart be the one that brings the memories.

And that the love of your heart may be the one that brings or places the visions from here on forward.
