One of the natural forces which we are a witness to in this creation is called healing.
We can see how everything,
Absolutely everything,
Knows how to self-regenerate.
And in the same way this happens within us,
The primary principle of healing.
A clear example is the Reiki.
It is that force which flows through all of us to heal something or someone.
We're going to talk a little bit about how this works.
We are going to remember that our being has that memory of natural healing.
For example,
If I'm walking and I hit my head on something,
My natural and instinctual reaction is to bring my hands to my head.
If some point of my body hurts me,
The first thing that happens is that my hands will go to that point.
It seems like an involuntary act,
But it is not involuntary.
It is called self-will or our own will that inhabits within me.
It is that memory that reminds every inch of my body that there is a natural possibility of healing.
Everything that exists has the power of healing and of being healed.
Our body knows how to heal itself by itself.
If I cut myself in some point of my body,
My body knows how to heal itself.
There are some blood cells that know from where they come from,
Where they're going,
What they're going to do,
And how to heal.
That is called consciousness.
They have a clear purpose.
That is just simply to remember the natural consciousness that there is in every point of my body.
Let's return to the Reiki.
When he has heard spoken about the Reiki is that there is an energy that is in all of the universe that is also within me.
And he has also been told,
I am not the one who heals.
I am simply an instrument of that power.
And that power is love.
It is the love that is everywhere and in everything.
I am simply a channel.
I open myself as a channel so that through my hands I can heal someone else or a plant or an animal or to fix an object.
And they've said,
Don't interfere.
Don't make an interference.
When my ego appears and it says,
I will heal you.
Wow,
I am healing this person.
There's no problem with the power of the universe.
Simply that there is a choice that is very poor.
In that instant,
I am choosing to use my own little energy,
My little portion of energy to heal someone else.
And the other person can experience wellbeing,
But because I am wasting or using my energy,
I will end up so drained because I have used my energy to the point of even making myself sick,
Which is why we have to awaken our consciousness if what we want is wellbeing for everyone and to recognize that there is a power that flows through us.
Our ego will always want to appear first,
Always,
Because it generates a wellbeing that is ephemeral,
But it drains if what we want is to maintain harmony.
It is good to reconsider how we are going to direct our energy within the design of creation.
When I go to my heart,
Where humility inhabits,
Meaning the opposite of the ego.
So if the ego drains our energy,
Then humility gives us energy.
And so this is a time to no longer think that we are savers of the world.
It is simply our ego,
The one that wants to save someone or something.
It is good to awaken our consciousness to be able to recognize the truth,
To recognize that nothing needs to be saved because there's nothing to be saved from.
When I feel that I need to save someone or something,
I am ignoring the power of the universe.
I am ignoring that the love and the power of this universe knows what it is doing with everyone and with everything and that it has a purpose,
Which is when,
When I go to help someone,
It is an act of intelligence,
Of consciousness to be able to do it at peace without any pretenses,
But simply trusting in the power of the universe to help them out of pure love at peace.
And so then I don't drain my energy.
When I am suffering the pain of someone else,
I am not helping.
The other's pain is being multiplied.
The true Reiki tells me that I need to be at peace,
That I need to be a multiplier of peace,
That everything that passes through me may only be peace.
That one has the power to heal anything and it is then when I am an instrument,
Now we are going to expand the consciousness of the Reiki.
When that power that is called Reiki,
Which is pure love flows through me cleanly without any interventions from my ego,
Apart from flowing through me and healing someone else or something else,
It leaves me full of energy and vitality,
Which is why I can do Reiki to 10,
20,
50 people and to be left full of energy to feel strong.
But if I end up feeling drained,
It is because I used my energy.
It is because a part of me made an interference.
This is a beautiful time to recognize the truth of how this energy works in this universe.
And to become aware that in one way or another,
Love is doing Reiki on all of creation.
That everything that exists,
Absolutely everything,
The entire infinite universe,
And the tiniest atom or particle,
Which is also infinite,
Is being an instrument of love.
That that power is doing Reiki on everything that exists eternally.
And so when we understand it this way,
Or at least humbly,
We elevate a prayer from our heart and we ask that same power to help us to understand it this way.
A miracle happens in our life.
If we pay attention,
As much as we are able,
At peace,
We start to become a witness that the universe is doing Reiki on us all the time and that we are simply a vehicle through which that consciousness experiences itself within us.
We start to become aware that the one who sees through our eyes is love.
That the one who does things through our hands is love.
That the one who speaks our words is love that is flowing through me.
That the one who thinks my thoughts is love who is doing Reiki on the whole universe.
That the one who is doing Reiki on everything that happens is the primary principle of Reiki.
That is the primary principle of healing.
There are no healers.
There are instruments of the healer who is love.
And so shamans exist.
Gurus exist.
Doctors exist.
Everything that exists,
Exists because love is taking it as its instrument.
This is a very special time to consecrate ourselves consciously.
To be an instrument of love.
