Humility,
The will,
And sincerity were the topics that we spoke about in the previous episodes.
Today,
We're going to speak about integrity.
To speak about integrity,
We speak about a path to be walked.
It's a path that goes through the heart.
It's a path that makes us track through humility,
Will,
Sincerity,
Until it reaches integrity.
Today we're going to talk about what is integrity in this creation.
How does it work and how does it work within us?
And for that,
We're going to see what is integrating everything in this universe.
There is a substance,
An energy that is experiencing itself in all things.
It's a power that is named many different names.
It's been called God,
Jehovah,
Muhammad,
Buddha.
It's been named the great spirit or the holy spirit.
But they all agree on that this power is love.
And so we're going to speak about love as the great power that is experiencing itself in everything that exists in this creation.
Love is experiencing itself in the stars as a star.
It is experiencing itself in every galaxy and in this earth.
Love became a tree in the trees to experience itself this way in that manner.
And it became a flower in the flowers,
Water in the water and air in the air.
It became a man in men and a woman in women.
It's in the Adam and in all of creation.
And in everything that exists,
Love is there with a purpose.
It goes beyond good or bad.
It is experiencing itself in a dual manner in this universe.
It is the day and the night.
The light and the darkness.
Softness and density.
In the same way,
Love which integrates everything is experiencing itself in a dual manner within us.
Within us inhabits light and darkness.
Everything that is clear within us and everything that is dense has a space within us or is there within us too.
As a life experience with a purpose,
Everything co-relates.
One cannot exist without the other.
In one way or another,
Everything is integrated within a purpose of love.
Within us,
Love experiences density and lack of clarity,
Meaning darkness in a space of our mind that is called the ego.
There love is experiencing pain,
Sadness,
Anger,
Pride.
And it comes with a purpose.
Because there isn't a single thing in this creation that does not have a purpose to help us to evolve towards the expansion in love.
Meaning to help us to evolve in an expansion of consciousness.
And the point within us where love experiences the highest frequency of peace and beauty is in our heart.
Our heart is the channel that connects us directly with the fountain of creation or the creative fountain of love in this universe.
And so now we know the design of love in this creation.
Now we know how it experiences itself in a dual manner within us.
Now we're going to talk about how it is that we are able to integrate ourselves.
Recognizing that it is natural on our path on this earth as a life experience that has a purpose to first experience division.
When we are born and in the manner in which we begin to grow,
We experience to be divided that our mind goes one place,
Our feelings another place,
Our sexuality another place,
Our story another place.
And to getting to the point of experiencing a battle within us.
And so that is experience on our path on this earth.
It is natural.
But it is also natural to want to integrate ourselves.
And from where will we integrate ourselves?
With what are we going to integrate ourselves with?
There is no other way to integrate ourselves if it is not from love.
And for that we need a purpose.
The purpose is what gives us our north.
And from where will we take our purpose?
If we take it from our ego,
The experience will be out of what the ego brings.
Division,
Lack of clarity,
Meaning that from there we cannot integrate ourselves.
Actually from there we disintegrate ourselves.
But in our heart,
There is unity with creation naturally.
Only from our heart can we integrate ourselves.
And so there we place ourselves.
And from there we put love in our thoughts.
From there we put love in our bodies.
Care and love in our sexuality.
We put love to our story.
Unconditional.
Without judgment.
We only smile at everything that inhabits us.
Because we recognize it as natural.
Because everything is and was a part of the experience that comes with a purpose on our path on this earth.
And so we align our mind with our heart.
A good thought from the heart.
A good thought from the heart.
A good thought from the heart.
A good thought from the heart.
And how do we identify that we are thinking from our heart?
Because what we think feels good,
Feels beautiful.
Because what we think helps our purpose.
And what is the purpose?
It's natural.
The natural purpose is wanting to be well,
At peace and in harmony.
From there all the personal purposes are born from.
And so now we have clarity on what is the purpose.
To go at peace and happy through this earth.
With happiness,
With humor.
With delight.
Caring for our integrity.
I am not going to use drugs not because it's bad.
Because it also teaches.
But in this moment that does not help me be the being that I want to be.
Which is why we speak about delight but with a purpose.
Caring for harmony.
Caring for our well-being.
In this way is how we integrate ourselves.
Seeing everything with love.
Seeing our story with love.
Because when we see or look at our story with love,
We take away any judgments.
And we understand that each person has done the best that they could from what they understood and what their circumstances allowed them to do.
And that does not mean that from this moment forward we cannot do it better.
But that is our part.
For us to do it the best as possible without manipulating the ways of the others.
Without judging the ways of the others.
And so in this way we start to make peace with our story.
In the same way we look at our body.
And we don't fight against the forces that govern us.
But simply we observe them.
And if we want to transform something from our impulses,
We go to the power of humility.
Then we elevate a call at peace to the universe.
To give us the gift of being who we want to be.
And if we do it this way,
Thinking beautifully,
The love of this universe returns in that way to our lives.
This is how we begin to integrate ourselves naturally and without effort.
Praying.
Meaning placing an intention from our heart.
With beauty.
This is how we begin to resound before this whole creation.
This creation takes us as its instruments.
And we begin to expand in love.
That is integrity.
That is to awaken the memory that gives us consciousness.
Making silence in our thoughts.
Putting love in everything that exists.
Wishing that you always allow yourself to be guided by the love that has in peace and harmony this whole creation.
And that you can recognize this power as the one that is integrating everything in this universe.
And in this eternity.
May the love of this universe bless you forever.
