There's a saying that we have heard from the most ancient civilizations of America,
And it is that everything is medicine.
And that is what we're going to speak about in this episode.
Because everything is medicine.
What makes us believe that a catastrophe or that difficulties are medicine?
When our mind makes us believe that they are a curse.
What has to happen in our life for us to say that that is a blessing?
That that which is so difficult truly serves for our life?
When all the time we are trying to go away from difficulties.
So we're going to look beyond that impression or that idea that is in our mind.
We're going to see from how life is designed in this universe.
And how this design moves everything that exists and how we are part of this design.
The universe is designed in a dual manner.
The day and the night.
Good or bad.
Man and woman.
Father and mother.
Mother and father.
Yin and yang.
The duality.
This is how the universe is designed.
And everything,
Absolutely everything is there with a purpose.
It is not a theory.
We simply have to pay attention.
How everything that exists serves for something.
And so that is what we're going to talk about.
Of what is it that corresponds for us to do to go beyond the pain and the suffering.
And for that we have to call upon the power that has the entire universe and movement.
And to ask it for humility.
So that we can place ourselves in a different space than that of our mind or our thoughts.
And so we can go to our heart.
Where love vibrates in the highest frequency of harmony and peace.
Only from there we can recognize the purpose that is beyond pain and suffering.
We're going to remember the most difficult moments of our life.
Beyond judgments.
Simply remember them.
And we're going to remember everything that has happened in our life after going through those difficulties.
In that time we were experiencing lack of clarity.
It's the point in our being where we felt the absolute void.
Where we experience pain,
Density and suffering.
That is something like a night.
But every night brings its day.
Inevitably.
Because this is the design of creation.
And we are not the exception.
We are a particle in this universe.
And so we cannot be the exception.
Everything that doesn't feel good,
Everything that hasn't been clear is passing or it's transitory.
That is a natural law of the universe.
And we are led by the natural laws of the universe.
And after the day comes,
Everything gets clear.
After a storm,
Everything gets greener.
And a beautiful rainbow shines.
What is it that makes it so our life shines after experiencing a density?
And that it happens within a natural manner.
So we're going to see our most difficult experiences.
All the pain that we have experienced.
It has made us stronger.
It has made us more humble.
It has made us more grateful.
In one way or another,
It has made us better people.
And not better than anyone else.
But more clear.
And above all,
It has given us experience.
That one,
The experience,
Is the one that gives us the possibility to know ourselves.
Every experience is a path of knowledge.
We have known our limits.
And for what?
So that we can go beyond them.
To expand them.
To make us more free.
Or to become more free.
Which is why everything is medicine.
Always.
What it's about is as quickly as possible to be aware of that.
That is what makes a difference.
When we change our relationship of suffering.
We don't speak about that.
But we speak about blessings.
Because all of that suffering has made us stronger,
More grateful.
It has given us experience.
Then there,
We did alchemy.
It is in that point where everything becomes medicine.
That is the great choice that we can make in the favor of our well-being.
That is what we must feed.
That relationship of blessing.
That is what truly expands our consciousness.
That is what makes us empower ourselves on our path on this earth.
Very grateful for all of your attention.
Praying to the love of this universe.
That can help you to change the relationship of pain for one of blessing.
And in this way,
That you can be medicine for other people someday.
But at the very least,
That we can be medicine for our own selves.
And that we can recognize from our heart that truth.
That nothing is good nor bad.
That everything is medicine.
