To this guided meditation work on the journey to meet the enchanting dog rose plant.

Position either sitting or lying down and gently close your eyes.

Gaze to be soft either.

Give yourself a deep breath in and as you exhale let go of any tension in your body.

You may have to do this a couple of more times.

Taking a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.

Allow yourself to relax and enter a state of deep relaxation.

Imagine yourself standing in a peaceful garden,

Surrounded by the delicate scents of flowers and the gentle whispers of nature.

The air is filled with a sense of tranquility and harmony.

To soak in the beauty of this serene space and feel the earth beneath your feet.

As you begin to explore the garden you notice a winding path ahead.

It's inviting you to follow the course.

The path is lined with lush greenery and vibrant blossoms.

Step onto the path and feel a sense of anticipation and curiosity fill your being.

Notice a fragrance arowing stronger with each step.

The scent leads you to a clearing in the garden where you find a magnificent dog rose plant.

Its graceful vines are adorned with soft pink blossoms,

Their petals delicately unfurling.

Approach the dog rose with reverence and respect.

Extend your hand toward one of the flowers and feel its velvety texture beneath your fingertips.

Take a deep breath in,

Feeling the sweet fragrance that emanates from the blooms.

As you connect with the dog rose allow yourself to open your heart and embrace its loving energy.

Feel a sense of warmth and compassion envelop you like a gentle hug from a dear friend.

It always reminds you of the love and beauty that exists within and around you.

As you stand in the presence of the dog rose take a moment to reflect on any areas of your life where you may need healing or nurturing.

Let the gentle energy of the plant to infuse your being and solace to any emotional wounds.
