Shaman healer, began her training in Shamanism in 2004 with the Shaman Brian Mc'Hugh (Lakota Tribe). She attended several trainings, workshops, retreats and Shamanic circles, as well as Regression Therapy, Transpersonal Therapy and Family Constellations. She is a Reiki Master since 2013. Since June 2021 has been mentoring and coordinating a community of 15 therapists, with 60 members. Currently, Ana is attending a degree in Psychology at the University Institute of Lisbon.
