Welcome to this practice on returning to your core.

My name is Anais and it fills my heart with gratitude that you are meditating with me today.

Transitions,

Uncertainty and self-doubt can feel like a tide pulling you in different directions.

Sometimes the mind races,

Running through all different kinds of scenarios.

The heart tightens,

Trying to protect itself,

And the body feels unsteady,

The nervous system bracing for danger.

But even in the middle of uncertainty,

There is a point of stillness,

Your center,

Your quiet anchor,

Your inner home.

This meditation is an invitation to return there,

To feel the balance and stability that lives within you,

Even when life feels uncertain.

Go ahead and sit or lie down in a position that feels grounded and close your eyes softly if that feels comfortable.

Bring awareness to your points of contact with the ground,

The seat below you and the air around you.

Notice the four walls that are protecting you and feel all the support surrounding you,

Solid and always present.

Let this be your first anchor here,

The world supporting your presence.

Now,

Place your awareness on your breath.

Notice its gentle,

Natural rhythm.

With each inhale,

Feel subtle energy rising,

Lightness entering,

Awareness expanding.

With each exhale,

Feel settling,

Grounding,

Releasing tension.

Now,

Bring your awareness to your center.

It could be your heart,

Your belly,

Or the space just behind your sternum.

Imagine the center as a calm and steady point,

A compass within you.

Even if thoughts swirl around or doubt arises,

Return to this point.

It doesn't move,

It doesn't waver,

It simply is.

Bring your awareness to your body as a whole.

Notice any sensations or tension.

Notice it without judgment and then let it soften towards your center.

If it helps,

Place your hands gently over your heart or your belly and feel the warmth and weight of your hands,

The physical sense of support,

Your own support.

Gently repeat to yourself,

I am here for you.

I am grounded.

I am centered in myself.

Notice,

Perhaps,

A softening in your shoulders,

Your jaw,

Or a sense of expansion in your chest.

Rest in this place for a few moments,

Knowing that your center is always within reach.

Notice any sensations or tension.

Notice it without judgment and then let it soften towards your center.

If it helps,

Place your hands gently over your heart or your belly and feel the warmth and weight of your hands,

The physical sense of support,

Your own support.

Becoming aware again of the physical space that you are in,

Carrying this sense of centered presence deep within you.

Move through any transitions in your life with calm,

Clarity,

And grounded confidence.

Thank you so much for joining me in practice today.

Namaste.
