Welcome to this EFT tapping session for loneliness and homesickness relief.
This track is specifically designed for anybody who is an expat or digital nomad or when you are away from home,
But this track is also applicable and will also help you if you are missing somebody,
If you feel lonely in general in your life,
No matter where you are.
I help you feel at home and be your own home wherever you are in the world.
So let's get started.
Find yourself in a comfortable position,
Sitting up straight.
Take a deep breath in and elongate your spine.
And now exhale,
Release it out.
We start by rating from 0 to 10,
How heavy,
How badly you are feeling this emotion or mix of emotions.
Remember your score and we'll come back to this after the session.
So let's start with pinpointing what it is that we would like to tap through and move through in our bodies.
Our statement is the following.
Even though I feel lonely,
I can still love and accept myself.
We will do first some rounds of tapping on the negative so that we are able to instead of push it down or deny it or avoid it,
That we actually allow ourselves to feel it.
And then we will bridge the gap towards how we want to feel with tapping on the what ifs.
And eventually we will tap on the positive statements.
So let's get started.
Start tapping on the side of your hand.
Even though I feel lonely and homesick right now,
I know I can move through it.
I love and accept myself anyway.
The top of your head.
I don't like this heavy feeling in my body.
Between your eyebrows.
I feel like I cannot truly live my life.
Side of your eye.
And enjoy where I am right now.
Below your eye.
I understand that I can have mixed emotions.
Your nose.
Being so far away from what I consider home.
Below your mouth.
I send love to myself.
Collarbones.
Knowing that this is temporary.
Your side below your armpits.
It is difficult to always focus on the positive.
Top of your head.
So that's why I allow myself to truly feel these emotions.
Between your eyebrows.
And I allow them to be there.
Side of the eye.
Sadness is a heavy unpleasant emotion.
Below your eye.
But I know it is temporary.
Below your nose.
And I can move through it with grace.
Below your mouth.
I want to process and let go of this emotion.

So that I feel less heavy in my life.

And I can tap into the love that is always within me.
Take a deep breath in here.
As we've moved through the negative statements part,
We'll shift to the what ifs.
Start tapping on the tip of your head.
What if I could release the sadness between your eyebrows and move through loneliness with patience and kindness.

What if I could feel like myself again?
Below your eye.
And truly be able to enjoy my life.
Below the nose.
What if I could understand that it is human to feel.
Below your mouth.
A full range of emotions.
Below your collarbones.
That I shouldn't feel guilty for experiencing these emotions.

What if I could realize I am my own home.
Take a deep breath in and release it.
Start tapping on the tip of your head.
What if I could show myself kindness and grace in this journey.
Between your eyebrows.
What if I could accept and find peace.

And enjoy my life and where I am right now.

What if these emotions no longer have such a heavy hold on me.

And I can feel lighter.
Below your mouth.
And live my life to the fullest.

What if I could be kind to myself.

And send myself a lot of love.

Start tapping on the top of your forehead.
I realize I am my own home no matter where I go.

I feel this emptiness inside of me being filled up with love.

I feel like I am releasing the heaviness from my body and I feel lighter.
I realize that emotions are energy in motion.
Below your mouth.
And that all it takes is allowing them to move through me.

I realize that I am not my thoughts.

Nor am I my emotions.
Tip of the head.
I am the awareness that experiences them.
Between your eyebrows.
I am my self person.

My own home.
Below the eye.
I am my truest highest self.

I can accept my emotions easily.
Below your mouth.
I am sending so much love to myself now.

I already feel a lot better.

Knowing that it is normal how I feel.

And I shouldn't feel bad about feeling this way.

I am kind to myself.

I have patience with myself.

As I allow my emotions to be here.

And I no longer have this heavy hold on me.

I let go of resistance.

I can find peace and a sense of home within myself.
