Welcome.

This practice is for you if you are currently feeling exhausted,

Tired,

Depleted.

If you need a moment to recharge and resource.

Welcome.

Let's start by making ourselves very comfortable.

You can sit or lay down,

Whatever works best for you.

Let's begin by taking a few grounded breaths here.

Let's fully exhale together.

Take a soft inhale through your nose,

Feeling the air float in through the back of your throat all the way to your lungs.

And take a full extended exhale out.

Take another gentle inhale,

Filling up your stomach and your belly this time,

Allowing your breath to reach deeper.

Taking a second inhale and fully exhale.

Now let's take a gentle inhale again,

Completely filling up your belly,

Your stomach and your lungs.

Take a second inhale,

A third inhale and fully exhaling.

Great job.

A very quick tool to recharge the body is to inhale big breaths to send more oxygen to your brain,

Into your whole body,

Into every single cell.

So feel free to breathe deeply during the rest of this practice.

Let's gently close our eyes.

Allow yourself to rest here in your own safe space.

As you are resting with every gentle inhale,

You are allowing in new and recharging energy.

And with every exhale,

Letting go of the old energy,

Letting go of any stagnation.

Inhale as if you are plugging yourself into a socket.

Just as we charge the phones,

We charge the devices,

We are now charging,

Recharging ourselves.

Perhaps you'd like to imagine that there is beautiful,

White,

Warm light coming in from above through your crown chakra,

Which is right above the top of your head.

This beautiful energy is sinking down deep into every cell of your body,

Spreading from your head throughout your whole face,

Moving down into your throat and your neck,

Encapsulating your heart,

Floating down through both your arms,

Hands,

And fingers,

Finding its way down from your neck through your shoulders,

Your middle back,

And your lower back.

And also from your heart,

It reaches down into your stomach and your belly,

Bringing healing to your nervous system,

To your vagus nerve,

The longest nerve in your body,

Your brain-gut connection,

Your mind-body connection.

Reaching from your brain all the way down into your gut.

Breathing gently here as you rest,

As you are being recharged.

Recharged.

I'm noticing how this beautiful,

White,

Light energy reaches down into your hips and finds its way down both of your legs.

Down deeper into your legs until it reaches both your feet and your ten toes.

Your whole body is marinated in this beautiful,

White,

Healing light,

Cleansing your energy,

Nourishing every depleted part inside of you,

Recharging every tired part inside of you through deep rest and rejuvenation.

Allow yourself to rest here.

Allow yourself to receive here.

Notice how every part inside of you begins to feel whole and well-rested.

And you can stay here for as long as you'd like to,

Being with yourself and this healing energy,

Simply resting and taking a moment for self-care.
