Sabotage Medicine This is a healing meditation for self-sabotage.

Self-sabotage is a complex dance between our conscious desires and our unconscious protective mechanism.

It's the invisible hand that pulls us back just as we are about to reach for our dreams.

The quiet voice that whispers,

Not yet,

When opportunity knocks,

Even though we have been asking for it.

They are a subtle behavior that keep us safely within the boundaries of our comfort zone.

At its core,

Self-sabotage is a survival strategy gone awry,

An unconscious attempt to protect ourselves from potential pain,

Rejection,

Or failure that ends up preventing us from experiencing growth and fulfillment.

Think of self-sabotage as an overprotective friend who means well but ultimately holds us back.

This friend shows up in various forms,

Procrastination when we are about to start something important,

Self-doubt when we are ready to take a leap,

Or over-preparation that keeps us stuck in planning mode instead of taking action.

It's the pattern of choosing immediate comfort over long-term growth,

Of staying silent when we should speak up,

Of making ourselves small when we are meant to expand.

The biggest problem with self-sabotage is that it feels familiar and safe,

Like an old worn blanket that we can't let go of even though it no longer serves us.

It keeps us in the comfort zone of known,

Predictable struggles rather than risking the unknown territory of success and happiness.

The very patterns that hold us back have become our normal,

Making them nearly invisible until we learn to recognize the subtle grip on our choices.

Let's create a sacred moment of stillness to begin the healing journey of self-sabotage.

While your heart holds your deeper wisdom and truth.

As you breathe,

Allow these two centers of intelligence to synchronize,

Like instruments tuning themselves to the same frequency.

In this aligned state,

We will explore what building confidence means for you,

Not based on others' expectations or societal standards,

But from your own centered truth.

From this place of clarity,

You will naturally recognize the one action that feels both authentic and empowering for your journey forward.

Take another deep and slow breath.

One more deep and slow breath,

And complete this sentence in your head.

I am.

Allow the truth to surface.

I am.

Complete the sentence in your head.

What comes after the I am is your medicine.

What comes after the I am is your medicine for self-sabotage.

This is your medicine.

In your mind's eyes,

Use an imaginary pen and write the medicine sentence on your forehead.

Now,

Write in your heart,

I am.

Complete that sentence.

I am.

And write on the palm of your hand.

Feel this powerful medicine in your body.

Inhale and exhale through your mouth as you feel your medicine expand throughout your body.

Inhale and exhale through your mouth.

Accept the medicine.

It's your medicine.

Allow your medicine to heal your patterns of self-sabotage.

Inhale and exhale through your mouth.

You have your medicine.

This is a healing energy.

Feel your medicine in your body.

It's powerful.

You have everything you need.

What action do you need to take that is aligned with your truth?

The action you are avoiding.

Allow the truth to come.

You have your medicine.

Feel the medicine in your body.

When you are ready,

You can open your eyes and write down your medicine in a place where you can see it daily.
