Hello everyone,

This is Ana Barreto with a new meditation and prayer for world peace.

Many of us are watching the news in disbelief that more conflicts are rising and wondering what we can do.

We can change the world with one breath at a time.

Let's take 66 seconds to send peace to the areas of the world that need the true meaning of peace.

When you find a moment during your day,

Perhaps when you wake up in the morning,

Ride the bus,

Go for a walk or are stuck in traffic,

Or even when you go to bed,

Take 8 meaningful deep and slow breaths,

Inhale love and exhale peace.

As you exhale through your mouth,

Send peace to the areas of the world that need our energetic help.

This is a short practice.

To begin,

Uncross your legs and arms,

Detach from taking sides and disconnect from the news you may have heard.

See your healing breath reaching the war zone in wavy patterns.

The entire world deserves peace.

Let's begin.

Inhale love,

Exhale peace.

Send your breath to a war zone around the world.

Inhale love,

Exhale peace and send your breath to another war zone area of the world.

Inhale love and exhale peace.

Send it to a different war zone in the world.

Inhale love,

Exhale peace.

Inhale love,

Exhale peace.

Inhale love,

Exhale peace.

Inhale love,

Exhale peace.

In this last breath,

Inhale love and as you exhale,

Send peace through your breath around the world.

See your breath revolving around the planet.

Exhale peace.

Together we can heal our planet.

Please add these eight breaths to your daily practice and share this practice with everyone.

Use the hashtag peace for all.

Let's build a world with more peace.
