Welcome to this guided meditation.

I'm so happy that you are taking time for yourself today to drop into the present moment and receive the medicine that is here for you right now.

So we'll begin in a seated position and this can be any position that you feel comfortable in.

So if you wish to sit cross-legged on the floor,

Please do so.

You could be sitting in a chair,

You could be lying down.

Find a position that allows you to feel at ease.

You'd like to close your eyes and then just take note of the positioning of your body and see if anything wants to shift or change.

Ensuring that every part of your body feels like it's landed in its sweet spot for now.

And then take a slow conscious breath in and a slow conscious breath out.

Feeling yourself stepping into this sacred time to be with yourself and to receive the medicine of the present moment.

So let's stay here with the breath.

Feeling the flow of the breath as it enters the body.

Feeling the flow of the breath as it finds its way out of your body.

Noticing the pathway that the breath is taking.

Where can you feel it flowing inside of you?

And then check in with your jaw,

Your mouth.

Noticing the surface of your face and then the entire head.

Allowing for little micro movements.

Micro releases through this part of your body.

Feeling your head completely arrive here in the present moment.

At ease,

Connected to the here and now.

Shift your attention down into your neck and your throat.

Feeling down into the collarbones and out into your shoulders.

The upper back.

A little bit of the upper chest.

As you tune into this part of you,

Notice any micro adjustments,

Any shifts,

Any little movements.

Notice the breath here.

Allowing your neck,

Shoulders,

Your upper chest and upper back be fully here in this moment.

And then begin to take your awareness down the length of your arms.

Feel your upper arms,

Your elbows.

Feel down into your forearms and your wrists.

Notice the palms of your hands,

The backs of your hands,

Your thumbs,

Your fingers.

Notice the sensation of breath moving through the arms,

Into the hands.

Feeling any subtle small little movements.

And the micro shifts or changes taking place in your arms and hands.

And then inviting both arms and hands to fully arrive in the here and now.

Shifting your attention into the space of your ribcage.

The front of the ribcage.

The back of your ribcage.

The right side of your ribcage.

The left side of your ribcage.

Feeling the space inside your ribcage.

How is your ribcage moving with the breath?

What other subtle movements,

Micro movements can you feel taking place here through this sacred domain within you?

The sacred domain of your ribcage.

And allow this area to arrive fully here in the present moment.

Shift your attention down into your belly and your low back.

What do you sense through this part of you?

How is your belly moving with each inhale and exhale?

What kind of micro movements or subtle shifts and changes can you detect here?

Invite this part of you into the here and now.

Allow your belly,

Your low back,

And all of the wisdom that lives here.

Allow it all to arrive.

Moving deeper down into the bowl of your pelvis.

Sensing your hips.

How does this part of your body feel in this moment?

Can you sense the breath moving down into the space?

What's awakening here in the deepest part of your pelvis?

Can you detect the smallest of movements,

The most subtle of changes taking place right here in your hips and your pelvis?

Invite this part of you to be here fully now.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Taking your attention down into your glorious legs and feet.

Feeling the thighs,

Your knees.

Feel the lower legs,

Your ankles,

Your feet and toes.

Be with your legs.

Can you sense any micro movements,

Any micro shifts and changes taking place down here in the domain of your legs and feet?

Calling upon your legs and your feet and all that they hold within them to be fully here in this moment.

Stepping fully in with your legs and feet into this moment.

Inviting your whole self to be here now.

Breathing in and breathing out.

Breathing in slowly,

Deeply.

Breathing out slowly and completely.

It is here in the present moment where we gain access to magic,

To mystery and to medicine.

So right here,

Right now,

Opening to receive the medicine that this moment has for you.

Allow the skin of your body to soften,

Becoming open and receptive to the energy that surrounds you.

The energy that can provide healing to your body,

Your mind,

Your spirit.

Allowing this energy that is always here with us in the present moment to deliver to you right here,

Right now,

Whatever it is that you most need to be at your best.

To feel complete and whole within yourself.

Taking five slow,

Deep and complete breaths here.

Feeling your entire body breathing in and your entire body breathing out.

What kind of medicine did you receive today from the present moment?

Acknowledge that.

And then offering up gratitude to this sacred moment.

Thanking it for being here with you.

Thanking it for the medicine it provided.

Silently,

Internally,

Making a commitment to yourself,

To your deep self,

Your deep core self.

To bring as much of this presence into the rest of your day.

Gathering the palms together,

The front of the chest or over the heart if you'd like.

Gently drop your chin towards your chest,

Bowing to this moment of magic,

Mystery and medicine.

Take a nice deep breath in through the nose.

Out through the mouth.

Thank you for giving yourself this time today.

Have a beautiful rest of your day.
