Hello and welcome to this energy clearing meditation for the nine centers outlined in the human design system.
For this practice,
You can sit or you can lie down comfortably.
If you'd like,
Go ahead and close your eyes and just begin to tune in to your breath.
Allowing your breath to naturally begin to deepen.
And inviting your breath to slow down.
Extending out your inhalations and your exhalations.
And sometimes it can be helpful to rest your hands over your belly and to feel the belly rising and falling with each breath in and out.
We are just calming the nervous system and bringing ourselves home into the present moment through conscious breathing.
Turning your attention inward and greet yourself today.
Say hello to yourself.
Say hello to your body.
Say hello to all of who you are.
The purpose of this meditation is to clear away any negative energy that we've accumulated to support the release of energy that is just ready to release.
Energy that we no longer need.
Energy that no longer serves us.
And we are going to do this specifically for each of the nine centers that are outlined in the human design system.
And if you're not familiar with these nine centers,
That's perfectly okay.
I will guide you step by step through this practice.
So notice your body and maybe even wiggle your fingers and toes a little bit.
And take a deep breath in and as you exhale,
Just feel your physical body releasing into whatever is beneath you,
Softening your skin and your muscles and maybe feeling the flow of your breath moving even deeper into your body.
And invite your breath to travel all the way down towards the base of your spine.
Here we will connect to the root center,
Which gives us momentum to get things started.
The root center can affect our adrenaline and it's the center that helps us function under stress and pressure.
So as you tune in to your root center,
Let's take several breaths here to clear away any stress,
Any negative energy,
Anything bogging down the functioning of your root center.
So you can simply breathe in through your nose all the way down towards the base of your spine,
Imagining that inhalation,
Cleansing through this area,
And then using your exhalation to let go and release.
So breathing out if you'd like through an open mouth,
Releasing and surrendering anything that no longer serves you,
Especially your root center.
Breathing in and down towards the base of your spine and then breathing out through an open mouth,
Letting go of negative energy that's stored up in the center.
And if it resonates with you,
Visualize the negative energy leaving out through your mouth and traveling into a garbage can,
Symbolizing to the universe that you are releasing this energy for good.
That no longer serves you.
And then shifting your attention from the base of your spine into your sacral center.
So moving up into the center of your pelvis and just beginning to let your breath circulate through this area.
This is the center responsible for our vital life force,
Our sexuality,
Sensuality,
Reproduction.
This center allows us to create.
It gives us the energy we need to build things in our life.
So breathe into this space again,
Inhaling through your nose,
Filling up this area.
And then if you'd like,
Breathe out through an open mouth and allow any negativity,
Any darkness,
Heaviness flow out through your mouth.
And again,
Maybe imagining it going right into a dumpster,
A garbage can to symbolize you are letting go of what you no longer need.
Anything that is blocking your creativity,
Your life force energy.
And then from here,
Moving to the spleen center.
So in your body,
You can bring your awareness to the left side of your torso,
Right underneath the left ribs to where your actual spleen exists.
And just begin to direct your breath into this area.
In human design,
The spleen center is where we access our instincts,
Our primal intuition.
It impacts our immune function and our lymphatic system.
And it helps us survive by becoming aware of things that may harm us,
As well as things that are safe and life giving.
The spleen can also be home of our fears.
So as you breathe into this area,
Again,
Allow your inhalation to bring fresh energy to the spleen and then as you breathe out,
Let go of any negativity,
Any energy that no longer serves you,
Any energy bogging down the functioning of your spleen center.
You don't have to know exactly what you are clearing,
But if something pops into your mind,
Trust that.
If something comes up that you can clearly identify as negative for you,
Let it go.
Trust what your body is revealing to you.
And then shifting from your spleen to the solar plexus center,
Also referred to as the emotional center in human design.
And you can let your awareness move more into the center of your torso.
Begin to circulate your breath through this area.
This is home to our emotions.
This is home to discovering what we are truly feeling.
The center can give us great sensitivity to that and can even help us access empathy.
So breathe into this area.
And as you exhale,
Breathe out through an open mouth,
Letting go of old emotions,
Negative emotions,
Whatever the emotional center,
The solar plexus center inside of you is holding onto that no longer serves you.
Take one more breath,
Noticing what emotions are arising to be cleared.
Breathe them out.
And then allow your awareness to now move to your heart center or your ego center in human design.
And you can let your awareness settle right where your heart lies in your body,
The left side of your chest.
This center connects us to our willpower,
Our inner drive,
Our inner determination,
As well as our sense of worth.
Do you feel worthy?
That is the question of the heart center.
So breathe in,
Let your heart center light up with that breath,
And then breathe out any heaviness here,
Anything waiting you down,
Any stress or negativity,
Any old false beliefs that no longer serve you.
Beautiful.
Take one last breath into your heart,
Letting go of anything you are ready to release.
And then bringing your attention to what's called your G center,
Your identity center.
And this you can locate at the very center of your being.
This center helps us love ourselves.
It is the center that gives us direction in our life and allows us to connect with our identity.
So breathe in right into the center of your being and exhale out anything keeping you from loving yourself,
Keeping you from feeling clarity about yourself and having a sense of direction,
Meaningful direction in your life.
Again,
We are simply clearing energy.
And in your mind's eye,
You might see this energy as dark or heavy.
Maybe it appears as gray clouds.
But if something else pops up,
A memory,
An emotion,
A thought,
Pay attention.
Your subconscious might be helping you clear what no longer serves you.
Breathing out completely and bringing your awareness now to your throat center at the very center of your neck.
Breathe into the space,
Sense into this space,
Connecting to the center that allows you to express yourself,
That allows you to communicate,
And that allows you to manifest,
To take purposeful action in your life that allows you to manifest what you want.
So breathe into your throat and then exhale,
Relax your jaw,
Breathe out,
Let go of any negativity here.
What's blocking your expression?
What's blocking you from manifesting what you want?
Breathe it out.
And moving on to the mental center,
Ajna center.
This is the center of the mind,
And it allows us to process information.
It allows us to think.
It allows us to come up with ideas and answers to questions.
So lifting your attention up into the center of your head,
Connecting into the space between your eyebrows and breathe in to the space,
Beginning to cleanse your mind.
Breathing in,
Filling up this area with illuminating energy and breathing out,
Letting go of any negativity,
Stress,
False beliefs,
Any distortions in the mind.
Breathe those out.
Take one more breath into this area,
Exhaling,
Letting go.
And then lastly,
Lifting your awareness all the way up to the head center or the crown of your head and begin to bring your breath into this area.
Noticing any sensation here.
The head center and human design is all about inspiration,
Tapping into the big mind or the universal mind and downloading innovative ideas,
New ways of seeing things,
New inspiration.
Breathing into the center,
Breathe out,
Let go of anything blocking this area,
Blocking your connection to inspiration.
One more cleansing breath through this area.
And then begin to let your attention shift back to your whole body.
Begin to feel your whole body breathing in and your whole body breathing out.
And just notice how you feel.
And let's fill up the space that we created by letting go with positive energy.
So breathing in,
Inviting positive energy to flow down from the universe through the crown of your head.
Let it fill up your whole body.
Let it fill up the head center,
The mental center,
Ajna,
The throat center,
Moving down into the G center,
Your identity center,
Your heart center,
Solar plexus,
Your sacral center,
Spleen center,
And root center.
Fill up all of you with positive energy.
And if there's something specific that you want to bring to you,
Call that in now.
Activating your vitality,
Your health and well-being.
And once your body feels filled up with this positive energy,
Imagine a bubble of light surrounding you.
Let this bubble be protective.
Let this bubble of light have a clear boundary that defines you and the rest of the world.
Keeping what is you in and keeping what is not you out.
Creating a sense of being fortified.
And to wrap up this session,
Take one hand over your heart and one hand over your belly.
Again,
Feeling fortified inside yourself,
Filled up with positive energy,
Cleansed of negativity and ready for whatever is next in your day.
Take one last deep breath in through the nose,
Out through an open mouth.
