Welcome to this guided meditation to help you in becoming deeply present to yourself.
You can come into any position that allows you to rest,
That allows you to feel comfortable.
And if you'd like,
Close your eyes and just begin to simply breathe.
Feeling the simplicity of the breath in this moment as it flows in and out of your body.
And just stay with that breath just a little bit longer here.
Just noticing its pace and its rhythm.
Noticing where you can feel the breath in your body.
And again stay with the simplicity of your breath just a little bit longer.
Letting all parts of you respond to you simply being present with your breath.
And now you're gonna unite with the breath in more of a dance,
More of a conscious dance.
And the way that you do this first is by slowing your breath down.
So whereas before you were just witnessing the breath flow in and out,
Now you're a bit more engaged.
Gently regulating the breath by slowing down the pace.
It is said that the breath reveals to us our state of mind.
It reveals to us the fluctuations of thoughts in our mind.
And so as we begin to slow the breath down,
We are beginning to slow down our thinking mind.
So stay with this slow down breathing just a little bit longer.
Notice how all parts of you respond to you breathing a little bit slower.
Stretching out your inhalations and exhalations,
Slowly the breath down.
And now tune in to this experience of presence.
You are present in this moment as you witness,
As you dance with your breath flowing in and out.
You are here with just yourself,
With just your body,
And with your inhalations and your exhalations.
And notice your body.
If there's any tension,
It comes into your awareness.
And just noticing where that tension is,
If that tension wants to release or remain,
And how that tension is receiving the breath.
You let this moment in.
Can you let yourself just be here?
And again,
Just feeling into this presence that you are cultivating,
Activating,
That you are being.
Feel your breath flow in and out.
Notice again your body.
And notice the parts of your body touching the floor or whatever you're resting on.
Feel your presence spreading into all corners of your body,
Letting the body anchor your awareness in the here and now.
And then again,
Just feeling your breath slowly flowing in,
Feeling your breath slowly flowing out.
It can take a little bit of time to really settle in to this moment.
There may be parts of your mind that are resisting.
There may be sensations or emotions that are resisting this moment.
But notice the parts of you that are here now,
The parts of you that have landed gracefully today.
And let those parts hold space for all the other parts of you that are slowly but gently making their way back home to this moment.
As these parts find their way home,
We feel whole.
So again,
Just breathing in,
Breathing out,
Relaxing into this state of presence.
Check in with your body.
Again,
Noticing if tension is arising,
Noticing if that tension is ready to release,
Noticing if that tension is able to receive the nourishment of the breath.
And as you attend to that tension inside of you,
Can you settle even more into this moment?
Feeling as you settle how you become bigger energetically,
How you become more expanded.
And as you truly take up your divine space in this body,
In this moment,
What is the essential energy inside of you?
What essential energy emerges from presence?
And see what this energy,
See how it wants to move,
How it wants to express.
See if it has a message for you,
An emotion for you.
And as you let this energy that emerges from a deep state of presence,
As you let this energy arise,
As you let this energy express,
As you let this energy communicate to you what it is,
What it has to offer you,
Can you receive,
Can you take in this medicine,
This magic of the present moment?
Coming back to your breath,
Feel your breath flowing into the body,
Feel your breath flowing out of the body.
You are more here now.
You are more whole now.
As you take these last few breaths,
Allow this state of awareness,
This state of presence,
To be sealed in to your body,
To your energy field.
Breathe in feeling this alignment.
Be fully integrated into who you are so that it comes with you into the rest of your day.
A deep breath in through the nose,
Inside out.
