So wherever you are,

Invite you to pay attention to your breathing.

As you're moving,

As you're getting into a posture that can be supportive over the next few moments,

Noticing how your body's feeling,

Noticing your breathing.

If you find that it's difficult to connect with your breathing right now,

Place a hand on your chest or on your abdomen,

Just noticing the sensations that arise from this.

Invite you over the next few moments to make the breathing your anchor,

The feeling of breathing in your body,

The anchor,

The place to come back to whenever the mind wanders.

Cultivating this ability to gather the attention,

Being kind and gentle with yourself with whatever might be arising today.

Your breath is your anchor to come back to when the mind wanders (floats?)
