This gentle somatic experiential process guide offers support for you to integrate after you've been traveling. No matter if it is a weekend getaway or a multiple-city or region trip, you will be able to ground when you return home or to your next destination. This process is supportive for addressing jet lag, digestive issues, and sleep challenges, as well as anchoring in the core memories and dissolving those interactions that had a charge. I've supported hundreds of clients who travel frequently for personal and professional reasons, and this process has increased returns each time they tune into it.

Welcome to Completing with a Destination Somatic Guided Resourcing Meditation with Amy Babish.

For this practice,

You might want to have a pillow,

A glass of water,

Or a journal.

You can pause the meditation now and come back to it when you're ready.

You can begin by leaning back,

Lying down,

Or allowing yourself to be as comfortable as possible.

Beginning to notice your breath,

Allowing the breath to breathe you.

Noticing the temperature of your breath,

The sound of it,

The cadence of it,

And just allowing your breath to breathe you back to you.

From wherever you've been today,

Wherever you've been on this trip,

And wherever you've been this year,

Or perhaps your entire life.

And as you begin to allow yourself to be breathed back to you,

Closing your eyes or picking a spot on the floor,

And softening your focus.

On the next inhalation,

Taking the elevator of awareness or lift of awareness down into your physical heart.

Perhaps placing one or two hands on your heart.

Beginning to connect with the temperature of your skin.

Perhaps noticing your physical heartbeat,

But it's not required.

Noticing its lightness or its intensity,

Its regularity of beat,

Or its own rhythm.

Noticing both the front and the back of the physical heart.

On your next inhalation,

Taking that lift or elevator of awareness down into your pelvic bowl.

Noticing the seat that you're in,

Or how your body's being held by the surface of the floor,

Or the bed that you're on.

Just giving yourself permission to be even 1% more comfortable.

Allowing that surface to hold you.

Allowing the pelvic bowl,

The pelvis,

The strongest bone in the body to hold you.

And then on the next inhalation,

With the speed of the imagination,

Allowing your energetic feet to begin to go through whatever building you're in.

Down to the base of the land,

Whatever indigenous land you're on,

Recognizing the indigenous people,

The wisdom keepers of that land.

Allowing your energetic feet to go down through the roots,

The stones,

The crystals,

The sediments of the earth,

Down into the heart of the world,

The heart of the earth.

And whenever you're ready,

Shifting your awareness from doing to allowing.

When your energetic feet meet the heart of the world,

Noticing that nothing is required other than your consent or permission.

And when you're ready,

You're going to begin to invite in the energetics of resourcing,

Distillation,

Or distilling,

And nourishment and completion.

And as you inhale,

Inviting in those bountiful,

Unconditional,

Supportive vibrations coming into the bottoms of your physical feet,

Into your calves,

Your knees,

Up to your legs,

Through your pelvic bowl,

Through your gut,

Around your diaphragm,

Through your lungs,

Through the front and back of your heart,

Across your shoulder blades,

Down through your arms and hands,

Up through the front and back of your neck,

Through your jaw,

Through your sinuses,

Through the front and back of your eyes,

And up through the crown of your head.

And as you begin to deeply receive,

Beginning to notice that you are one who notices,

That you are vast enough to hold the complexity of this travel experience,

And that you are being held both in your body and mind by these supportive vibrations and energetics from the heart of the world.

And on the next inhalation,

You can invite that flow of resourcing,

Distillation or distilling,

Completion,

And support to begin to double.

And you can adjust the flow by placing a spout or spigot at the bottoms of your energetic feet and allowing that flow of life force to go to the places conscious and unconscious,

Known and unknown,

And the body-mind,

The spiritual body,

The emotional body,

The energetic body.

And as you begin to more deeply receive,

Making contact with that lift or elevator of awareness and taking it down into the core,

And then beginning to shine a torch or a flashlight deep within,

And allowing an intention to begin to bubble up around reviewing your travel and this guided meditation process,

Allowing it to be a present moment I am statement.

I am allowing the lessons and gifts to be distilled.

I am allowing what no longer serves me or what needs to return to this location to begin to go down through the energetic feet,

To be composted or alchemized down through the heart of the world.

And just notice as you repeat that intention or whatever intention resonates with you,

Notice in your body-mind what your body,

What sensations are beginning to bubble up.

And if your mind begins to label them with words of emotions or reflections about the trip,

Just allowing yourself to notice the thinking might have only one reflection,

Whereas the deeper self and the physical sensations,

The true self might have something else to point towards.

So just bringing your awareness back down in and beginning to notice and reflect on whatever travel you've been on,

Allowing your awareness to reflect back from the time you left your home or your previous last destination to this moment,

Noticing the land,

The ocean,

The areas,

The towns,

The communities that you've been through,

Allowing them to come through your body-mind with ease and grace as you continue to receive the support,

Allowing the deep meaningful contact to begin to be distilled through the heart and lungs,

Just like you would a harvest after a beautiful long planting season,

After the summer into the autumn,

Harvesting the reflections,

Harvesting and distilling what mattered to you and to the people and the communities that you interacted with or had deep contact with.

And if it feels appropriate or aligned,

Thanking them,

Expressing heartfelt gratitude for their humanity,

Perhaps for their generosity,

For their authenticity,

Acknowledging that they showed up as best as they could as you had contact with them,

And then making contact with whatever lands you're on,

Whatever indigenous people are the wisdom keepers of those lands,

Acknowledging the land that held those contacts,

That held those experiences.

This might include plants and animals,

It might include physical locations,

It might include just a building that you're in,

And noticing anything that might have gotten your attention that you want to distill,

Take with you,

And expressing gratitude or appreciation.

And then perhaps bringing up what called you to that place or your deeper purpose for being there and noticing as the one who notices or your true self,

Your intention for being there was the shape and form of your intention met by your experiences or your contact with people,

Land,

Communities,

Or systems.

Just breathing into that and noticing the sensations of the body-mind.

And if you need to pause the meditation at any point to go more deeply into somatic dialoguing with your body-mind,

You can do so at any point.

As you notice the sensations that come up around the shape and form of your intention for this experience,

Beginning to notice if there are things or experiences,

Conversations,

Or contact that didn't serve you or don't serve you at this point,

Or that were projections or filled with confusion or unaligned or ill intentions,

Just begin to allow those to filter out of your body,

Your mind,

Physically,

Emotionally,

Intellectually,

Energetically and spiritually.

You can say aloud in your own way and words that feel very true and resonant to you,

Whatever is in my midst that no longer belongs to me is not aligned or is not congruent.

Leave my body now.

Leave my mind now.

And you can just invite this with ease and grace to go back down to be alchemized like a filtration system.

It can leave the body-mind and return to the heart of the world to be alchemized.

If there's anything that might have connected with you that belongs to the people,

The community,

Or the physical land,

You can send it back with light from the heart of the world for the highest purpose,

The highest good.

And now just begin to notice and deeply breathe into your own body-mind and you might sigh a few times,

Inhaling through your nose,

Exhaling through your mouth.

You might even make an audible sound.

You might make an audible sound.

Inviting the lungs and the large intestines more deeply into this process.

The lungs and the large intestines distill and make meaning within a cycle,

Within a harvest cycle,

Within a completion cycle.

As you prepare to complete with this location,

Destination,

Or experience,

Inviting the wisdom of the lungs,

The wisdom of the large intestines,

To support a full completion.

So that you're able to either travel home or to your next destination,

Fully resourced,

Fully recalibrated,

With the gifts,

Lessons,

And wisdom in your wholeness.

And whenever you're ready,

You can express thanks to your true self,

To your body-mind,

To this place that you've been,

To the peoples,

The land,

The communities.

And knowing that you can come back to this meditation at any points as you complete with this location,

Or on your next trip or adventure.

Beginning to bring your awareness back into this time and space,

Back into your body-mind,

You might begin to notice the air on your skin,

The sounds in the room or in the space.

You might begin to yawn or wiggle your fingers and toes,

Shrug your shoulders,

Cat-cow.

If you're laying down,

Beginning to roll over to your right side.

Or if you'd like more deep nourishment,

You can continue to resource after this meditation completes,

And just go simply to sleep or take a nap or rest.

I wish you well in this big life that you're meant to live.
