Welcoming you to the sacred wholeness meditation.

You can begin by allowing yourself to become as comfortable as possible,

Leaning back,

Lying back,

Or laying down.

Begin to notice your breath,

Not having to lengthen it or shorten it,

Simply allowing it to be just as it is.

Allowing the breath to breathe you in your body,

And as the breath does what it knows how to do,

Allowing your noticing of the breath itself,

How it comes in and out of your body,

The cadence,

The sound,

The temperature,

Noticing with curiosity without judgment,

And allowing all of you to come back to you through your breath from wherever you've been this day,

This week,

This month,

This year.

And then allowing your awareness to drop into your heart space.

And you might want to place one or two hands on your physical heart.

This can help bring our awareness when we have physical contact with our heart.

And noticing with curiosity without judgment,

What's the temperature of my heart?

Can I feel it as my hand touches my heart?

Or do I perhaps notice it underneath whatever I'm wearing?

Feeling your heartbeat is not required,

Noticing the expanse of your chest or the deflation of your chest.

You might even sense energy or blood or life force in that area as you bring your awareness there.

And then bring your awareness into your pelvis or your pelvic bowl,

Noticing your contact with your pelvis,

This bone structure that holds your entire being as it is holding you,

And you're being held by wherever you're seated or laying down.

And then in the next inhalation,

With the speed of the imagination,

Inviting your energy feet to grow deep into the core of Mother Earth.

And noticing that Mother Earth is truly limitless,

Her unconditional support has provided for the elements,

For plants,

For animals,

For human beings,

For all living creatures for millennia.

And as you open up to arriving into her core,

Noticing she is inviting you to receive her vibration of sacred wholeness.

This vibration is the wholeness of her,

It's the wholeness of life itself.

And as you make contact with this vibration,

With this energy,

Noticing that we're shifting from doing to allowing,

That there's truly nothing to do here,

That you can't force it,

You can't will it,

You can't push it,

You simply allow the contact with Mother Earth and her vibration of sacred wholeness.

And when you're ready,

Giving permission to begin to receive this sacred vibration.

When you're ready,

Breathing in and inviting in contact with this vibration of sacred wholeness,

Allowing it to travel through your physical body,

Up through the bottoms of your physical feet,

Through your calves,

Your knees,

Your quads and thighs,

Through your pelvis,

Through your gut,

Through your solar plexus or belly button,

Up through your lungs,

Your back body,

Your spine,

Through the front and back of your heart,

Across your shoulders,

Down through your arms and hands,

Up through your throat,

Your jaw,

Through your sinuses,

Through the front and back of your eyes and up through the crown of your head.

Just allowing that vibration of sacred wholeness to wash through your body-mind and noticing what is true for you,

That there's nothing to believe,

That you're simply noticing what is present for you and the parts of you that want to receive are welcome to receive and the parts of you that don't do not have to receive,

That receiving is on your terms.

On the next inhalation,

Inviting the flow of sacred wholeness to double,

Inviting it to go to places in the body-mind,

In the physical body,

In the emotional body,

In the energetic body,

In the spiritual body.

And as you receive,

Allowing the vastness of who you are far beyond the limitations of how you know yourself to be or who you know yourself to be,

Allowing the vastness of you to receive the sacred wholeness as a reflection of who you truly are,

That you are whole and complete just as you are,

Allowing the parts of you,

The selves,

The identities,

To take a seat into a far larger circle of your wholeness,

That your true self,

Your you-ness,

The one who notices as at the head of the circle or table and inviting in a deeper wholeness to acknowledging even from a place of felt sense awareness that every part of you,

All parts of you,

Are welcome at the table of your wholeness.

And letting all those parts around the sacred circle or table receive this gift from Mother Earth,

This vibration.

And then on the next inhalation,

Allowing that circle to fade and integrate in whatever way feels right to you,

Allowing it to go into the deeper place where you store all the images and memories of your own sacred wholeness,

Known and unknown,

Allowing it to contribute to this grand array of who you truly are.

And on the next inhalation,

Inviting the flow of wholeness to double one last time and letting it wash through your system,

Your mind and body,

And noticing if anything is present that wants to be attended to from this place of wholeness,

Anything that wants to be held or witnessed or named in its wholeness for you.

Noticing if you can lean back into that feeling of being held by the wholeness of Mother Earth as you witness,

Honor,

Or name what's present for you.

That this is pointing towards a place that perhaps long for more wholeness or a place that you might be celebrating that is in wholeness in its entirety,

Knowing that there's space for all of you and all of this.

And then placing one hand on your heart and one hand on your solar plexus or belly button and allowing all of this wholeness to be sealed in on a deep level that serves a far grander purpose than the parts or the thoughts or the feelings do alone.

That this wholeness can be sealed in to your deeper knowing,

To your deeper wisdom,

To contribute to the life you came to live.

A life where you're worthy,

A life where you're thriving,

A life that's big,

That has meaningful relationships,

A life where you're creating massive impact ripple effects and legacy.

Breathing in all of this with three deep sighs.

Then beginning to bring your awareness back into whatever space you might be in.

Perhaps wiggling your fingers and toes,

Rolling your neck,

Shrugging your shoulders,

Allowing your body to cat cow,

Stretch,

Wiggle or move any way that helps you to integrate and come back to the present moment.

Perhaps even blinking your eyes.

Knowing that you can come back to your sacred wholeness at any time and revisit this meditation as often as you desire.

Honoring you and the big life you came to live.
