Transcript

Begin by settling your body into a comfortable position.

You can move your shoulders,

Your neck,

Your hips,

Your knees and ankles,

Your wrists.

Just notice the bones of the body and then just let them relax.

Close the eyes and turn the attention to the sensation,

The feeling of the air coming in and out of your nose as you breathe.

Notice the difference in the temperature as the air comes in your nose to how it feels when it's exiting your nose.

Now imagine the sensation of roots growing out of the bottom of you.

See them go down through the surface where your body is,

Down through the floor,

Down through the crust of the earth.

Watch as they dive deep,

Deep into the earth.

Experience the sensation and the feeling of it.

Make contact with the center of the earth.

Imagine through all of your senses the molten warmth and let your roots begin to draw that energy up,

Up,

Up into the body.

Notice your connectedness and the support of the earth.

Now maintain that connection and as you breathe in,

Draw in that warmth,

Comforting energy.

And as you exhale you can either release what no longer serves you down through your roots or just out through your exhalation out your nose.

Maintaining that connection,

Imagine now that you're flying out through the top of your head,

Out through the ceiling,

Up into the sky.

Fly up as high as you can go.

And now as if you're a star beaming light down just like the Sun,

Beam it down,

Right down through the ceiling,

Through the roof of the building,

Into the top of your head,

Down into your heart space.

And now let that mingle as you draw energy up from your root and place some of that in the heart space.

And watch and feel as they both swirl and merge.

You are safe and connected and always protected.

You are always protected and safe and connected.

You are safe and protected and in always connected.

Notice your toes and your feet and imagine the sensation of them becoming very heavy.

They've become like lead.

Feel that heaviness as it moves up through the legs,

Into the knees,

And the thighs become heavy,

The hips ever so heavy.

That heavy sensation comes up into the belly,

The low back,

The chest,

The shoulders,

Really really heavy.

The hands become heavy,

The wrists and arms and elbows,

Biceps and triceps,

Shoulders,

Neck very very heavy.

The head is so heavy.

Let's feel what that weighted feeling feels like.

And now everything becomes light.

The toes and feet are very light.

The ankles,

Shins and knees,

The calves,

Light like a feather.

The thighs are floating up.

The hips and buttocks and belly very very light.

The back and chest,

Shoulders,

Arms,

Elbows,

Wrists and hands and fingers,

Light like a fluffy cloud.

The neck and head all floating up just like a leaf on the breeze.

Allow yourself,

If it feels comfortable and safe,

To float up out of the physical body.

Just hover a safe distance.

Notice there are no boundaries,

The vastness of space.

Return now into the body.

Place your awareness on the breath once again,

Noticing the air coming in and out of the nostrils.

Take an even deeper breath and pause,

Holding the air inside of you and slowly release the air,

Watching as you exhale like a lazy river into the distance.

Pause with the air out of you and then return to the next cycle of breath,

Breathing in slowly,

Fully,

Pausing at the top of the breath and then slowly releasing,

Watching the breath exit,

Feeling the belly draw in towards the spine and continuing on to the next breath.

Place the awareness now in the center of the forehead,

In the center line of the nose and imagine that you can sink into the forehead two to three inches.

That's right.

It's as if you're in a cave and now imagine there's a little you sitting in that cave and sitting face and turn to look at the inside of the forehead as if you're looking at a dark screen at a movie theater.

Just sit and watch.

And if a thought comes by,

You can hear your own inner voice say,

There goes one,

This is the meditation chamber.

I'm going to take you on a little tour of the body.

There's nothing to do,

No action that needs to be practiced.

Just simply hear the locations and notice them as you sit in the meditation cave in the third eye.

We'll begin here in the third eye.

Base of the throat,

Right shoulder,

Right elbow,

Right wrist,

Tip of the right thumb,

Right index finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

Little finger,

Right wrist,

Right elbow,

Right shoulder,

Base of the throat,

Left shoulder,

Left elbow,

Left wrist,

Tip of the left thumb,

Left index finger,

Middle finger,

Ring finger,

Little finger,

Left wrist,

Left elbow,

Left shoulder,

Base of the throat,

Center of the heart space,

Right nipple,

Center of the heart space,

Left nipple,

Center of the heart space,

Dropping down,

Just behind the navel,

Tip of the pubic bone,

Right hip,

Right knee,

Right ankle,

Tip of the right big toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

Fourth toe,

Little toe,

Right ankle,

Right knee,

Right hip,

Tip of the pubic bone,

Left hip,

Left knee,

Left ankle,

Tip of the left big toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

Fourth toe,

Little toe,

Left ankle,

Left knee,

Left hip,

Tip of the pubic bone,

Just behind the navel,

Center of the heart space,

Base of the throat.

Returning now to the area of the third eye,

Dropping in two to three inches inside the skull,

Sitting down,

Turning to face the dark screen of the forehead.

Here is the realm of brilliance,

Your intuition,

Your guidance,

Imagination,

Insight,

And perception.

It is your ability to see at all levels.

This is the seat of intuition.

I am ability to see.

I am sight.

I am vision.

I am witness.

Choose to revisit this sensation,

This location,

Whenever you're in need of guidance or a solution,

Seeking creative ideas.

They are yours for the asking.

You You can stay here as long as you like,

Basking in the relaxation of the witness state.
