Meditation Timer OnlineAs a yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience, Amber combines extensive training across trauma-informed and restorative modalities with a grounded, client-centered approach. She specializes in guiding practitioners toward restorative practices—yoga nidra, sound healing, restorative and Hatha yoga—that promote embodiment, calm, and resilience. Amber holds a Health Sciences degree (Healthy Lifestyles Coaching) from Arizona State University and is a Certified Yoga Therapist (C-IAYT) from Soul of Yoga Institute of Yoga Therapy. Based in San Diego, CA, she works with individuals seeking healing, sobriety-supportive practices, and sustainable well-being, including facilitating groups within residential and outpatient treatment centers for substance use and mental health. Amber remains a devoted student-first educator, committed to meeting each person where they are and helping them discover their own inner home.
