Welcome.

As you are ready,

Find your way into a comfortable seated position.

Begin to lengthen your heart towards the sky as you close your eyes.

Place your left hand onto your heart and your right hand onto your stomach and feel the connection from your heart,

The ability to feel,

And from your stomach,

The center of your power,

Who you are.

And as you connect these two spaces,

These two places,

Begin to notice how you feel.

Place your hands now onto your thighs.

As you begin to reflect on the past week,

Think about the choices that you've made,

The habits that you've been following or not following,

The way in which you've been feeling,

And the thoughts you've been repeating.

Use the next few moments to think about the last week,

What you remember,

What stood out,

What comes to mind.

As you begin to feel,

Think about the choices that you've made,

The habits that you've been feeling,

The way in which you've been feeling,

The way in which you've been feeling,

The way you've been feeling.

What about the past week did you love?

What about the past week are you grateful for?

What about the past week?

Do you want to change?

Do you want to let go of?

Do you want to shift?

We cannot change what we don't acknowledge.

Think to yourself.

What do you want to continue doing as you move forward into tomorrow and the following week to come?

What are you ready to change?

Begin to contemplate.

Think about how you want to feel and what you want to achieve and think of your own unique mantra,

An I am statement that will support you into taking action towards how you want to feel and who you want to become in the week ahead.

I am productive.

I am a morning person.

I balance my time with effort and grace.

What mantra comes to mind when you think about the action steps you'll take to shift to continuously create the things that you're proud of and the things you want to continue and to release and let go of the things that simply were not working,

But you no longer want to continue and create an I am statement that will support you.

And when you have it,

Place your right hand to your stomach,

Your left hand to your heart and repeat it in your mind several times until you feel it from your core center to your heart and from your heart to your core center.

Release the mantra.

Place your hands into your thighs,

Palms face up.

Open your eyes.

And if you have time now grab your journal and write down the things you're proud of.

Write down the things you're ready to release.

And the most important part is once you acknowledge what you want to change.

It's time to implement the changes you're ready to make.

I'll see you soon.
