As I'm in my final weeks of pregnancy, I have written this guided meditation practice to all those mummas-to-be who are struggling with the last 2 weeks of pregnancy. As you are nearing the end of your pregnancy, give yourself some space and latitude as you listen to this meditation to remind you that you're doing a wonderful job and that you are on the homestretch - not long now.
