As you engage in this meditation, you are encouraged to bring to mind a recent challenging situation, acknowledging the present-moment feelings without getting entangled in the story. The practice prompts you to explore your emotional needs during that difficult experience, fostering self-awareness and understanding. By focusing on general emotional needs such as compassion, understanding, and insight, you gain insight into what could have supported you in that moment. The meditation concludes by inviting you to reflect on your present needs, emphasizing self-care and deeper personal fulfillment.
