Hi,

My name is Amandine and I will be your guide through today's Kundalini session.

Welcome.

We'll begin by finding a comfortable seated position with your legs crossed and your hands resting on your knees,

Your palms facing upwards.

Make sure your back is comfortably erect.

Now,

Take a few deep breaths,

Inhaling through your nose and exhaling through your mouth.

Let go of any tension in your body.

Deep breaths in and deep breath out.

Let's start the session by tuning in.

To begin our Kundalini meditation,

We will start with the mantra,

Aum Namo Guru Dev Namo.

It translates to,

I bow to the divine wisdom within myself.

It is a wonderful mantra to help you center your energy and connect to your higher self.

To chant this mantra,

Close your eyes and bring your hands together,

Palms against one another and your thumbs against your heart center.

We'll take a deep inhale and on the exhale,

Chant the mantra together three times.

Inhale.

Aum Namo Guru Dev Namo Aum Namo Guru Dev Namo Aum Namo Guru Dev Namo Very nice.

Just stay in this mindset.

Just stay in this energy for a little bit.

Notice how you feel inside.

Bring attention to your head,

Your heart center.

How it feels to be fully in the moment.

Wonderful.

We'll move on with the breath of fire.

Spend a few minutes of pranayama to relax the body and elevate your energy.

The breath of fire is a powerful kundalini breathing technique that helps clear the mind and energize the body.

To practice the breath of fire,

I will ask you to remain seated,

Tall and place your hands back on your knees.

You'll begin by taking a deep inhale through your nose and then exhale forcefully through the nose while pumping your navel in towards your spine.

It is a loud breathing exercise and I will ask you to not do that if you're pregnant.

Or if you have a very special medical condition,

In which case I advise you to first talk to your doctor before doing the breath of fire.

Let's try it.

Breathe in deep through the nose and exhale forcefully like this through the nose again.

Make sure your belly and your navel is going inward towards your spine when you do it.

Now that you understand how the breath of fire works,

I will ask you to do this exercise rhythmically and in a rapid pattern.

Inhaling and exhaling quickly through your nose while pumping your navel in and out.

Let's do it for three minutes,

Shall we?

And relax.

Breathe normally for a few seconds.

And let's get back to it.

And relax.

Breathe normally for a few seconds.

Final round.

And relax.

Breathe normally for a few seconds.

Wonderful.

How are you feeling?

Sit in your cell for a few seconds.

Notice how your body's energy has changed before and after this breathing exercise.

How do you feel?

Now let's move on to the spinal flex.

It is a gentle yoga movement that helps to awaken the kundalini energy and release tension in the spine.

To practice the spinal flex,

I want you to remain seated with your hands on your knees and your feet flat on the floor.

Or,

If you're seated with your leg crossed,

Remain as such.

Inhale and arc your spine forward,

Bringing your chest forward and your shoulders back.

And on the exhale,

Around your spine,

Bringing your chin to your chest and your shoulders forward.

It is very similar to the cat and cow position in yoga that we usually do on our knees and on our hands.

Make sure to follow your breath as you move your body.

And continue this movement in a rhythmic pattern,

Inhaling as you arc your spine forward and exhaling as you round your spine.

Keep this up for the next few minutes.

And relax.

Wonderful.

Let's move on now to the Sat Naam mantra.

It is a powerful kundalini mantra that helps connect you to your true self and release negative energy.

To chant the Sat Naam mantra,

I will ask you to remain seated with your hands in prayer position,

Palms against one another and your thumbs against your chest,

Close to your heart chakra.

Take a deep inhale.

And on the exhale,

I will ask you to chant Sat while extending your right arm straight out to the side.

And on the next inhale,

Bring your arm back and chant Naam on the exhale while extending your left arm this time out to the side.

Ready?

Inhale.

Sat Naam Sat Naam Very nice.

Continue this pattern,

Alternating arms with each repetition of the mantra.

Keep this up for the next few minutes.

To end our kundalini meditation,

Let's sit in silence and bring our awareness to the breath.

Take a slow,

Deep inhale through the nose and exhale slowly through your mouth.

Wonderful.

As you keep taking those deep inhales and exhales,

Visualize the kundalini energy rising up through your spine and filling your entire body with light and love.

Allow yourself to feel calm,

Centered and at peace.

When you're ready to end the meditation,

Take a deep inhale and exhale.

Then bring your hands together in prayer position at your heart center and chant the tuning out mantra Sat Naam.

This mantra translates to truth is my identity.

Take a moment to feel the energy of the mantra and the meditation.

Then slowly open your eyes and return to your day.

I hope you've enjoyed this kundalini meditation.

I wish you a wonderful rest of your day or night and until next time.
