You are here.

You made it to this moment for yourself.

You can just arrive now with a big deep breath.

And another.

And one more deep breath.

Really exhaling this time.

And now with your eyes softly open.

You can just start by identifying one thing,

One physical item around you.

And what it is,

May it be a chair,

A desk,

A tree,

Doesn't matter.

Just start to notice some details about it.

And say in your mind or out loud what you are seeing.

Like,

There is a chair.

It is brown.

It has blue.

And it's square shaped.

And just repeat those observations a few times now.

And then do the same with another physical item around you and repeat what you observe a few times.

Remembering to breathe deeply now.

As we slowly begin to count down together from ten.

Allowing the body to become heavier and relax more deeply.

Ten.

Nine.

Eight.

Seven.

Six.

Five.

Four.

Three.

Two.

And one.

Breathing deeply into your belly.

Feeling the belly and chest expand on the in-breath.

And soften on the out-breath.

Feeling your shoulders drop.

And just relax them a little bit more.

And your hands loosen.

Your fingers stretch out and soften a little more.

Can feel your body starting to relax.

The body starting to feel safe and comfortable.

It's safe and comfortable to be you.

Finding your breath.

In an easy and relaxed rhythm that's coming naturally now.

And you start to notice some sounds around you.

If it feels safe and good to bring your attention to those sounds,

You can do that now.

Or you can keep identifying items around you in detail if that feels better for you now.

You can just place your hand over your heart now.

And feel these words sink deeply into your awareness.

I am okay.

I am felt.

I am held.

I am important.

I matter.

And I am loved.

Everything is going to be okay.

My heart beats to the sound and the rhythms of divine love and truth.

I know the path forward.

I have the tools and the strengths to be me in a safe and aligned way.

I can relax and trust my body.

I can relax and trust my inner guidance.

And my inner light.

I am okay.

I am loved.
