Hello,
Welcome to this practice for connecting to your higher self.
Find a comfortable way to arrange your body.
You might be seated in a chair or on your meditation cushion.
You might be laying down on your bed or your yoga mat.
However you would like to arrange your body is perfectly fine.
See if you can allow your spine to be long and lengthened but also the muscles nice and relaxed.
When you are ready begin to allow your eyelids to softly close and feel yourself turning inward.
Feel your breath purely as it is.
As you breathe out feel your body land on the surface that is supporting you.
And as you breathe in feel yourself opening to this moment.
Landing here in this body feeling all sensations and all awarenesses all at the same time.
Follow the breath in and out and with each successive breath feel yourself being drawn deeper and deeper into your inner realms.
Soften and soften again and soften into this moment.
Let your awareness drift to your eyebrow center point and sense if you have an intention for our practice.
And then let your awareness drift to the place behind your closed eyelids the Chidakash.
And here see and sense and feel your mountain.
Gaze up at this mountain.
Get a sense of the sky and the surrounds.
Notice that as you gaze at this mountain it it's enormous.
It feels enormous.
Enormous and beautiful.
And notice that there is a path,
A spiral path moving upward.
Sometimes the path is quite steep and at other times it seems to level off.
Sometimes the terrain feels very gentle but sometimes it feels quite challenging.
And feel yourself drawn onto the path and begin to slowly and gently ascend your mountain.
Feel your breathing.
Sense your steps.
And acknowledge the power of being on this place in nature,
In your mind.
And you might observe the little things,
The little nuances.
There might be a breeze,
There might be some colors that are particularly exciting to you.
You might get a feeling as you make your way along this mountain path that there is a presence with you.
And you might even hear footsteps or feel that presence strongly.
And know that this presence is your higher self.
You and your higher self walking the mountain together.
And so you breathe and you be in the unknowing.
And before long you reach the summit of this mountain and you gaze out and around you.
And you see the fullness of a moon and a constellation of stars.
And this beautiful sky begins to radiate and shine down into your body and your higher self and you.
Lay down side by side to receive the light,
The illumination.
Illumination.
So now let's allow the light of the stars and the moon to illuminate the body.
The center of each foot.
The center of each ankle.
The center of both lower legs.
Knees,
Thighs,
Outer hips,
Hip joints,
Both buttocks,
The lowest part of your back,
Your middle back,
Your upper back,
Your shoulders,
Your chest,
The center of your chest and your breasts,
Your ribcage,
Your lower abdomen,
Your two hands,
Wrists,
Forearms,
Elbows,
Upper arms,
Shoulders,
The center of your throat,
The nape of your neck,
The back of your head,
The two sides of your head,
Including your ears and your jaws,
The crown of your head,
Your forehead,
Your two temples,
Your eyebrows,
Your eyebrow center point,
Your two eyes,
Your two cheekbones,
Your nose tip and your nostrils,
Your cheeks,
Your upper lip,
Your lower lip,
Your chin tip,
The inside of your mouth.
Let your awareness dive inside your body and light you up from the inside out.
The crown of the head,
The eyebrow center point,
The throat,
The heart illuminated,
The solar plexus,
The sacral center,
And the root,
The muladhara.
And as you gaze down into this body,
Into these bodies,
On this mountain,
You are illuminated,
You are light itself.
Breathe and be breathed by the light and by this moment.
It's almost like this whole sky is here just for you.
When you feel ready,
We will descent the mountain.
Keep that relaxed feel in your body and take a look and give great thanks to this amazing view and the power of being on your mountain and then you and your higher self begin to follow the path down.
This whole time your higher self and you have been communing quite silently.
It's like a lovely comradeship.
You do this together each and every day.
And as you are transported to the base of your mountain,
You turn to your higher self and you ask anything at all of your higher self.
What is it that you would like to know?
Maybe you ask simply,
Do you have any messages for me at this time?
And take a moment to receive any information,
Downloads or messages that your higher self has for you.
And then sense emerging,
Begin,
Feel your higher self beginning to re-emerge back inside and around your body.
Take a beautiful,
Long,
Slow,
Deep breath in through both of your nostrils and exhale softly out of your mouth.
Pause to give great thanks for this time together.
For this journey.
For these messages.
Know that you can come back to this mountain anytime for guidance,
For support,
For reconnecting to the bountiful quality of mountain life.
And when you're ready,
You might like to flutter your eyelids open and you may even like to take some time to journal.
Just writing down or maybe even drawing an image and the messages.
